Juliett's POV:
Plan B. Plan B is to get close to Randy and then get him to spill the secret himself. So great, don't you think? And if that doesn't work, I don't know what else to do, so I need to make sure it works! Plan B: Part 1 is to lure him to me and that I shall do at dinner. Perfect.
At dinner, I saw Mrs. Rogers going up the stairs with a plate of food in her hands. I smiled sweetly and ran up to her.
"Hey, Mrs. R." I said.
"Hello, sweetie, what can I do for you?" she asked me.
"Well, I wasn't wondering if I could give Randy his dinner today, after all he might be my future brother-in-law and I think I should start getting responsibilities if I'm going to be staying here forever." Man, I don't even know where all that came from, but I sure am glad it did.
"Why of course you can, honey," Mrs. Rogers handed me the plate and I took it, giving her the most sweetest and fake smile I could. "And let me tell you, sweetheart, I am so happy that you chose our son Romeo to be with."
"I bet you are." I replied.
I waited till Mrs. Rogers was gone to go over to Randy's door and knock on it.
"Come in!" I heard Randy's voice call from inside.
I opened the door and looked inside Randy's room. This was my first time being in here and I was really surprised at how dark it was inside there. I don't think Randy really knew it was me instead of his mom, because he didn't say a word as I closed the door and walked over to him. Randy was seated, cross-legged on his carpeted floor, I sat down across from him.
"Hey mom, what's for dinner today?" he asked.
"Um, actually Randy, it's me - Juliett." I told him slowly.
I was really hoping that Randy wouldn't get mad at me and tell me to leave.
"Why are you here?" his voice sounded a little mad, but not as much.
"I-I wanted to give you dinner."
"No thanks."
"Please?"
I blindly looked around for Randy's hand and put mine on top of it. I heard Randy sigh and I soon felt his warm hand on my face.
"Why do you care so much about me?" he asked softly.
"'Cause you're my best friend and I love you." I told him.
"You love me?"
"Yeah, like a best friend." I clarified.
I leaned forward and gave Randy a tight hug, he hugged me back, but just not as hard. I wanted to stay like that forever, hugging Randy ran a spark in me. I felt his lips press against my forehead and moved my head up, stopping in front of his mouth. I wanted so badly to move closer to him, but I wasn't sure if I should or not.
Randy ran his hands through my hair and I found the courage then. I pressed my lips to Randy's and kissed him slowly and carefully. I didn't want to go too far and then have him pull away, just when I was enjoying it.
It went on for a while, but then finally Randy pulled away and kissed my forehead again.
"Why can't it be like this all the time?" I whispered.
"It's too difficult for us to be together." he replied.
"Why is it difficult?"
"I-I can't tell you."
"Why not?"
I stroked Randy's cheek and I felt him tighten his arms around me. It felt so good as another shock of electricity ran through me. We sat like that for a while, then I remembered why I went there in the first place.
"Hey, do you want your dinner, it must be getting cold." I said.
Randy nodded his head and I found the plate next to me. I took a spoonful of corn and blindly looked around for Randy's mouth, he chuckled and guided my hand for me.
"You want some?" he asked politely.
"Yeah, sure."
After we were done, I set the plate down next to me again and stared awkwardly at my hands.
"Well, I guess I'll go now." I said.
Just as I was about to get up and go, Randy's hands grabbed me by the waist.
"You forgot dessert." Randy replied.
"Dessert?" I didn't remember bringing up any dessert.
I gasped when I felt Randy pull me onto his lap. In a quick second, his lips found mine and he kissed me hard.
"I love you too." he mumbled.
"Like a friend?" I asked breathless.
"Maybe more."
I loved how Randy's lips molded so perfectly with mine! I felt Randy's tongue lick my mouth and I opened it inviting him in. But just as I did, I heard the door open and light flooded into the room. I didn't care too much about that though, I just closed my eyes and continued to tangle my fingers in Randy's hair.
There was a tiny part of me that actually did care who it was at the door, but a bigger part of me wanted to just ignore it. I finally did stop and look though when I heard Romeo's voice shout, "JULIETT!"
I gasped as I saw how mad he looked.
'Oh shiz.' I thought in my head.
