Juliett's POV:

Recap:

"Hey there, Princess, you remember me?" I gaped at him. It can't be, he couldn't have found me. There was just no way. "I'm here to destroy your happiness - for good this time."

Now:

There standing before me was...the killer of my parents. I didn't know his name, but I knew his face all too well. His eyes were dark brown and he had a big mustache, that he often combed. He gained about 200-210 lbs and he was really strong, believe me I've tried to fight him, it's harder than it looks. I hated him, I hated him more than I hated my parents. He was a monster, a murder that was supposed to be put behind bars, but was instead roaming free committing who knows how many more crimes. It was my fault, but there's nothing I could about it at the time and there's still nothing I can do, because I have so much right now and I can't afford to lose them.

"You...what are you doing here?" I asked.

"Your parents still own me my money and I want it. NOW!" he replied.

"Well, that's too bad, because I don't have any money on me."

"But that's where you're wrong, sweetheart; word on the street's that you're living with some rich dudes."

I looked to my side where the guys were still standing, they weren't saying anything, but they looked ready to fight.

"And if I don't get my money soon, then I'll just have to take some drastic decisions and I assure you, I will not think twice about it." he continued.

The guy leaned forward and stroked my chin, I shuddered against his touch, but was too afraid to move it.

"Don't touch her!" Romeo snapped, pushing his hand away.

"Oh and you must be the new lover of this poor, unfortunate soul. Am I right?"

"Damn right you are."

I started to feel a little uneasy, I felt like something was about to happen. I was getting the same feeling I had on the night that Nate got shot.

"Well, don't we remember what happened the last time someone fell in love?" Oh, I remembered all right. It cost me my best friends' life. But, how did he know this? "You're wondering how I know, right?"

I shut my eyes tight and felt a few tears slip through.

"Well, let's just say, I have my ways of finding things out," he said. "Like how you spent your days fuckin' random guys."

I clenched my teeth and then lunged forward, my foot aimed at his chest. But, he grabbed my shoe and pushed me down.

"Ooh, looks like I struck a nerve there."

I jumped back up and started kicking and punching him in random places.

"Whoa, you seriously did that?!" I heard Riley ask.

"I needed money! Besides it's not like I did anything with them!" I told him. "Can you guys like help me here?"

Ok so it was like four against one and we were still losing. Well, it was mostly because this guy was a highly trained karate expert, while we were just a bunch of teenagers. I was really tired and who knows when this battle would be over, soon I got my answer.

"Alright, I'm tired of this!" the man shouted.

All of a sudden, he took a gun out of his pocket and aimed it straight at me. I felt a sudden wave of Déjà vu spread over me. Oh no, something was about to happen, something horrible! It all happened in a flash, the guy he was about to shoot me, but someone came in the way and that someone was.... Randy! My eyes widened as I saw him get hurt in the stomach, I ran to him, furious and upset all at once.

Randy's eyes closed and I felt the same feeling that I got when I found Nate dead at the hospital. That same guilty feeling was back. And this time it truly was my fault, I've hurt someone once again.

Tears cascaded down my cheeks as I looked up and saw the guy escaping through the window.

"I'll be back and next time I won'tbe alone!" were his last words before he disappeared.

I looked back down at Randy and I found my hands covered with blood, just looking at it made me sick. I felt like the whole room was spinning around me, I tried to keep my own eyes open, but they refused to.

"Juliett, Juliett, are you alright?!" Riley asked.

But before I could answer, I collapsed on the ground next to the unconscious Randy...

When I woke up again, the first thing I saw was white. Was I at a hospital again? I begged and pleaded for me not to be expecting the same as before. I looked around and figured out that I was in Randy's room and laying next to him on his bed. I looked at him, his eyes were open and he had a bandage wrapped around his stomach. I could feel tears arising in my eyes again and I couldn't stop them as they spilled over and fell on Randy's skin.

"Don't cry, sweetie. I'm fine, aren't I?" Randy said.

"I-it's my fault, you got hurt! It was my fault Nate got hurt! I don't belong here! I just end up hurting everyone!" I cried.

"Hey, hey, let's not jump to conclusions already." Randy put his hands on my shoulders and hugged me tightly. Man, I loved being this close to him!

"Does your mom and dad know?"

"No and I don't think it's a good idea by telling them all this."

"You're right."

"Alright, now get some sleep, you have a big day tonight."

Randy laid me down and I remembered that tonight was the night of my engagement.

Tonight:

Around eight-thirty, Mrs. Rogers helped me get dressed and then took me downstairs where everyone was gathered. There I saw Romeo for the first time wearing a suit, he looked so handsome. But, this just didn't feel right at all.

"Juliett dear, put the ring on Romeo." Mrs. Rogers said.

I looked at Romeo, then sadly at Riley and Randy. I couldn't do this!

"Sweetie, what's the matter?"

"I-I can't do this!" I cried.

Everyone gasped and stared at me shocked.

"Why? What's wrong?" Mr. Rogers asked this time.

I closed my eyes, then opened them and stared straight into Romeo's.

"I don't love Romeo and I never will. I love someone else." I answered.

"Who?"

"I love...Riley."

Everyone gasped again and Riley, who was drinking soda, spit it all out. Everyone was silent, no one said a word.

"Well, then...I guess you'll just have to get engaged to Riley then," Mrs. Rogers replied slowly. "You don't mind, do you Romeo?"

Romeo stared at me before answering, "No. I don't."

I felt a tear slide down my eye and my heart dieing as I saw that look on Romeo's face.

'I'm sorry Romeo, I really am, but I had to do this.' I thought, as a few more tears escaped from my eyes.
