Romeo & Juliett: A Forbidden Love Story: Ch. 22

Romeo's POV:

At dinner, I noticed that Juliett wasn't with us, so I asked mom if she knew where she was. I was shocked when I heard that she had gone to give Randy his dinner, I knew exactly why though. And I had to stop her, but mom wouldn't let me leave the dinner table until I finished my whole plate. I sighed and sat back down on my seat. I tried to quickly eat all my food almost chocking once and then washed my hands and the plate. I quickly ran up the stairs and opened Randy's door.

I was shocked at what I was looking at and it was a lot worser than I thought. There I saw my to be wife lip locking with my brother! But, what surprised and angered me the most was that she just continued kissing him, without even stopping.

I just couldn't take it anymore! I just had to stop them from going and further, and that's exactly what I did.

"JULIETT!" I cried.

That's when she pulled away from Randy and looked at me with fear in her eyes.

"What are you doing?!"

"Romeo, I-I." she stuttered.

I went into the room and grabbed Juliett by the hand, hoisting her up.

"You're my Juliett, not his!" I continued.

I glared at Randy, but he just raised an eyebrow, which angered me even more.

"I'm not your little toy, Romeo." she argued.

"I love you, Juliett. You can't love anyone else besides me."

"Who says I can't?!"

"You can't love a monster like him!"

I hated yelling at Juliett, I really did, but she was making this so hard.

"Randy is not a monster! I love him!" Juliett exclaimed.

My eyes widened when I heard that, how could she do this to me? I thought she loved me. I don't know what came over me after that, but I just lost control of my anger and slapped her across the face. She fell to the ground and stared back at me with tears in her eyes, I wanted to help her because I regretted it. But, before I could Randy beat me to it. Seeing him hold my Juliett in his arms and kiss her head made me crazy with envy. I shook my head and pulled her to me again.

"How can you do that? You said you loved me!" I shouted.

"Yeah, well maybe I changed my mind, kinda like you did." she replied.

I had no idea what she was talking about, until I remembered our childhood days.

"Look, I was a little kid then, can't you just forget about that already?!"

"I'll never forget that day, Romeo, never," she almost sounded like a zombie when she said that. "And you call Randy a monster, but he has never even hit me before like you just did, so don't even call him something stupid like that."

Juliett walked out of the room and was about to go into her own, when I pulled her into mine.

"You think you can just get away with breaking my heart?!" I cried.

"And what about you? You broke my heart too and now I hate you. I'm done with you. We're over. I rather marry Randy any day over you. You think you're such a prince, you're so popular and rich, you can get any girl. But, you can't get this girl, because this girl hates your guts!" she continued.

The more Juliett yelled at me, the worser I felt. And once again I felt myself losing control, what was the matter with me? I suddenly heard Juliett screaming and felt myself losing consciousness. What was happening? I tried to keep my eyes open and see what was going on, but no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't.
