Chapter 44: Stay

He was honestly shocked at the question and in mere seconds his mind filled with even more questions. He was starting to grow conflicted but before his thoughts could even get to him, Jimin focuses on the only one thing that stuck to him. The one thing or should he say the one person who came above everything else.

He can already feel his wolf howl in happiness just thinking about said person. The only one who fills him with such warmth that drives him crazy.

Jungkook looks down at their intertwined hands when the omega unconsciously tightens his hold. He honestly was growing anxious at his answer. Actually not knowing what Jimin would say which only hurt his wolf for thinking about the omega leaving him. He knew Jimin loved him but if it were to turn that way Jungkook would understand. There really isn't much he could do if the omega decided to leave, he would never force him to do anything either. He loved him dearly and only wants him happy and if leaving was the best choice here then as much as it'd pain him, he'd support his omega. Just to see him happy.

Only seconds had passed after Head Alpha had asked them that question and Jimin didn't need more time to think of his answer. Although there were things such as his father and friends from his old home coming into mind, his heart had already decided and Jimin was going to listen to it. Before he could even say one word though he gets interrupted by a knock on the door.

All four of them turn and watch as an individual enters. His scent too clear for them but Jimin didn't need to smell him to know who it was. He was honestly surprised the vampire was here again. Why would he come back?

"Hello, sorry to interrupt uh, whatever this was but if you'd excuse me I'm just here to get Jimin."

The omega's baffled expression is quick to turn into a slight frown, similar to Jungkook's expect his was a full on frown with maybe even a glare towards the vampire.

"What do you mean?" He asks confused.

Kai sighs before he takes a step closer which causes the alpha's scent to bitter ever so slightly.

Jungkook had no problem with the vampire now, in fact he was grateful he helped them in the fight but the second he said he was going to take Jimin a growl was already threatening to leave him.

"Well, it's time to go. Remember your stay was temporary. Everything is fine now and your father is waiting for you back at your mom's home."

Oh the amount of emotions Jimin was going through right now. He was happy his father was here after so long he was away but his chest was tightening at the thought of being ripped apart from someone he loves.

Immediately smelling the younger's sour scent Jungkook pulls his hand up to softly place a kiss on it. Turning to his parents he gives them a small nod.

"Please excuse us." He says.

"I'm sorry." Jimin says to the parents before the alpha leads him to the door.

Kai follows behind before raising his brows at the couple sitting down looking right at the three of them leaving.

Head Omega sighs after a minute, she couldn't help but worry, only turning to her mate when he softly caresses her palm.

"They'll be fine."

Exiting the room Jungkook decides to go to his home due to many people who were still outside. The vampire was no longer following them after he told Jimin he would be waiting outside the village. Although this only made Jungkook more upset he hid it and drew circles on the omega's hand he was holding as they made their way to his home. Jimin knew that alpha was on edge and it just pulled at his heart when the older still tried to comfort him instead.
