Chapter 85

The last two teams remaining exited the fenced field.

(Y/n), Moxxie, Blitzo and Striker all walked to the benches to where Loona, Millie and Octavia were.

"You guys are doing so great!" Octavia cheered.

"Heh, we're trying....." (Y/n) replied, scratching his head.

Blitzo chuckled and responded, "Of course we are! Especially when we've got old Striker here"

He then looked at the cowboy and patted his back with a smile.

"Haha, I'm just havin fun, you know that" Striker replied.

"Well thas good, these are jus games after all" Millie commented.

"Anyways, I'm kinda hungry, so I'ma go get a snack from one of the stands, be right back!" Blitzo stated, before leaving the benches and walking towards the stands.

"I think I can use a drink" (y/n) added.

Octavia would then walk down from the benches and up to the boy.

"Let's go get something for you then, I've still got leftover cash from my dad" Octavia stated.

"You're treating me?" (Y/n) Asked.

"Yeah!" Octavia happily answered.

"Oh- well, thanks haha" (y/n) thanked and chuckled.

Loona would get down from the benches as well and meet up with the two.

"Mind if I tag along?" She asks with a smirk.

"No, not at all" (y/n) answered with a smile.

"Cool let's go then" the hellhound replies.

The three of them then walked away from the rest of the audience, and would go to the stands like Blitzo.

"Soooo, are you liking the pain games so far?" Loona asked.

(Y/n) pondered for a moment before tilting his head and answering her, "Eh..... I don't know, I mean, tug-o-war has been pretty painful, and I know it's in the name of the games, but it's also probably the most tame game of them all, I will admit though, it has been kinda fun....."

"I know what you mean, I think it's the most tame one of them all too, like, after this, it's gonna be the parkour race, which you can get pretty hurt in too, and the last game would be...... the rumble" Octavia answered, glancing away.

"Im sure he'll be fine" Loona tells the princess.

"I hope so....." (Y/n) replies, looking around.

He then looked at a stand that was serving what looked like a certain drink he liked.

The drink was colored red, and (y/n) would ask, "Is that fire melon juice?"

"Uh huh" Loona answered.

"Is that what you want?" Octavia asked looking at him.

"I wouldn't mind having that again" the boy said.

"Okay let's get that then" Octavia said, and the three of them walked in line for the stand, as there were three imps waiting in front of the group.

While they waited, Loona asked the boy a question, "So, are you excited for the other two games after this?"

(Y/n) Shook his head slightly, "Mmm, the parkour game does sound fun though, but the rumble will probably break me....." (Y/n) Answered.

"Hey, you fought some angels...... Fallen angels? Whatever, if you can beat them, I'm sure you can beat these other guys" Octavia replied.

"Maybe, but we're treating violence like it's a game" (y/n) stated.

"It is a game, at least for these guys, just try and have fun" Loona responded, patting his shoulder.

After waiting for a bit, the three of them would finally make it to the stand and the staff looked at them.

"What can ah get ya?" The staff asked.

"Can I get some fire melon juice?" (Y/n) Asked.

"Sure, what size? We got small, medium, large" the staff replied.

(Y/n) Then looked at Octavia who gave him a nod with a smile, and after that he told the staff what size he wanted.

"Alright, jus give meh uh minute please" the staff said.

After that, the worker grabbed the size of the cup he asked for, but before they could fill it up, they asked, "Do you want ice or nah?"

(Y/n) Told them wether he did or didn't and they continued to fill up his cup with the juice afterwards.

They then held the cup of fire melon juice to him and said, "That'll be one soul and twenty five sins....."

Hearing the cue to pay, Octavia handed her the money asked for, and (y/n) received the cup of juice.

The group then left the stand, walking back to where the pain games were being held.

"Thanks for buying me this Octavia, it was really nice of you" (y/n) thanked with a smile, before sipping the drink.

"No prob, is it good?" Octavia replied.

(Y/n) gulped what he sipped and nodded his head.

"Yeah" he answered.

"Ya wanna try it?" He then asked, and Octavia denied the offer holding a hand up and slightly shaking her head.

He then looked at Loona and asked her, "What about you?"

The hellhound shook her head and responded, "Nah, but thanks"

From there on, they continued to walk back to the benches, where they would find Millie, Moxxie, Striker and Blitzo holding a giant beverage and multiple snacks.

"Woah....." (Y/n) commented.

Blitzo chewed his snacks and drank his drink.

"What?" The tall imp asked, as (y/n), Loona and Octavia sat down.

"What do you mean 'what?', you've got a shit load of snacks and a giant fucking drink" Loona answered annoyed.

"Were..... were you starving?" (Y/n) Asked, a bit concerned for him.

"I dunno...... Maybe?" Blitzo answered, eating more from his snacks without a care.

(Y/n) shook his head of the matter and sat down, Octavia and Loona joining him.

"So you got a drink huh?" Blitzo asked.

"Huh? Oh yeah, Octavia got it for me" the boy answered, glancing at the princess with a smile.

"Cool cool" Blitzo responded, and drank his beverage.

"Aaaaalright folks, break time's over!" Wally announced.

"Already!?" Blitzo questioned in surprise.

"Fuck man!" He angrily added, before tossing his drink and snacks over him.

They all crashed into the crowd behind him, soaking and trashing them in his snacks and drink.

(Y/n) Looked at them in shock, before blinking and looking away, sighing.

"Um, can one of you hold my drink?"
(Y/n) asked the princess and hellhound.

"I've got it" Loona answered and took his drink.

"Thanks" he replied, and got down from the benches as Blitzo, Moxxie and Striker followed him.

"The last two teams remaining, please make your way to the tug-o-war section!" Stolas directed, and they followed.

Was (y/n)'s team gonna win?

They didn't know, but they were gonna find out very shortly.
