I could still feel my heart fluttering and my pussy muscles twitch every time our gazes met, my traitorous mind going straight back to all those things he did to me in that shower earlier today.
Damn.
"Soo... Is he gonna give you a ride home or what?"
I blinked away that lusty haze and turned my head to look at Andrea, noticing that sassy and knowing smirk displaying on her face as she stood right next to me, her gaze constantly switching between Nathan -who by the way was already waiting by his car- and I.
Our classes had already ended and we were out on the steps leading towards the entrance now, about to head out to the parking lot.
I threw her a narrowed look, choosing not to answer and turned to Jess instead, watching her give me a kind smile before she went and threw her arms around me, giving me a good-bye hug.
"Come on, I wanna take the car today. I wanna hang out with Steffy," My sister whined impatiently, earning herself a giggle from Jess before she gave her a kiss on the cheek and then left.
I absently watched her head straight to David's car, earning herself a heart-stealing smile as soon as she reached him, his gaze twinkling with evident happiness as he gave her a peck over the forehead.
Aww.
I swear they're so fucking sweet together.
"Dude!"
I snapped my gaze back to Dre, throwing her that same bored and unimpressed look before I finally gave up,
"Yeah. Sure. Why not,"
"Eek!" She immediately threw her arms around me, peppering a few kisses all over my face.
"Dude, stop," I complained with a chuckle and she quickly pulled back, holding out her hand.
I searched through my backpack and then gave her the keys, receiving a big smile from her.
"You're the best!" She threw over her shoulder right before breaking into a sprint to where I'd parked our car this morning.
I didn't bother looking after her anymore, my gaze now averting back to where Nathan was standing, patiently waiting for me with that signature smirk of his on display.
Wow. This feels so...deja-vu.
His entirely black attire, his posture and the way he was carelessly leaning against that same car made me remember all about that first time I ever saw him. Standing in the same spot. Watching me.
Taking in an encouraging breath, I finally willed myself to move, keeping my attention trained on him as I walked straight to him, ignoring that persisting tingling feeling in my body.
His smile grew as I stopped right in front of him, his hand gingerly caressing my shoulder before sliding my backpack off of it and throwing it in the back of his car afterwards.
He approached me again and leaned over, his hot breath over the side of my neck making me deliciously shiver as he pressed a sweet and lingering kiss on my cheek.
"I've dreamt about you," I casually said, looking up into his beautiful emerald eyes after he pulled back.
"Before we even met,"
He didn't say anything in reply, even though I could tell that he clearly wanted to, judging by his intrigued expression.
Instead he opened the front passenger seat door for me and helped me in before going around the car to get himself in too.
"Well, I think it was actually your wolf I was dreaming about but the week before I firstly saw you here, in this parking lot, I started having this weird, recurring dream. I kept seeing golden eyes, claws and glistening fangs, lurking from the shadows. It felt like you were waiting for the perfect moment to attack me," I continued to explain as soon as he was sitting in the driver's seat, watching him angle his body so that he could face me better. His brows furrowed, clearly having his interest piqued now.
