Adrien and Marinette have recently started to date as they've been really glad to be together but there's one thing they haven't done yet and that was kissing each other one the lips. Sure they've kissed each other on the cheeks, hands or forehead but they've never kissed on the lips because they were both nervous to do so and they decided to kiss on the lips only when they were comfortable with it. Others might find it strange but it was their choice so they didn't really care about other people's opinions.
Marinette decided to ask Adrien if he was ready to kiss on the lips as she was comfortable with it now and she wanted to ask her boyfriend first before taking things further. She's read online about how to kiss someone on the lips as she wanted to get an idea on how people normally do it and of course it wasn't too difficult but she had to make sure that they weren't acting all awkward when trying to kiss.
"Hey Adrien. I was wondering if you're ready to kiss on the lips yet. Wait that didn't sound right at all, did it? I'm being so awkward about this for no reason," Marinette said to her boyfriend as he chuckled at her awkwardness and she also chucked along with him. Once they stopped chuckling, Adrien thought for a brief moment about what Marinette had just said to him as he was ready to kiss her on the lips and he had a brief idea on how to do it properly without making things too awkward.
"No, no. It sounded alright, Marinette so don't worry about it. Also I'm ready to finally kiss you on the lips since we're both comfortable with it now," Adrien said as he pulled Marinette next to him and he leaned in closer to her, their lips inches apart before he gently kissed her on the lips. Her eyes widened as she knew it was going to happen but she didn't expect the kiss to feel so magical or at least that's she had read about online and it was true. They kissed for a moment longer before they pulled away from the kiss as they both smiled at each other and they weren't feeling awkward at all.
"That was so magical and I loved it. I bet we'll be kissing each other on the lips more often now that we're both shared our first kiss and we're now more comfortable with it," Marinette said to Adrien as he nodded in agreement and they both shared another quick kiss before pulling away again. First kisses were indeed magical as they were both going to remember this for many years to come and they couldn't wait to share more kisses on the lips in the future.
