Morgan, Ferrie and Tammy soon arrived to the spot soon enough also.
"Hey, Chris. Tammy told us... we're sorry about her and really happy for you," Morgan stated as she leaned in for a quick hug.
"Yeah. Sorry Tammy kinda ruined it for you. She won't do it again," Ferrie stated and sat next to Damian. Tammy now felt even more awkward.
"I am sorry, Chris. I don't want to be a bitch," she said softly as she almost tip-toed past.
"It's okay. Your reaction just hurt a bit, that's all," Christine stated honestly.
"I just didn't know what to think..." Tammy responded unsurely as she sat down.
"It's fine. I forgive you."
"Thank you..." Tammy breathed a sigh of relief and the group then carried on with their own random conversations. Shannon then walked up and plonked herself next to Christine.
"I came out to my friends..." she said quietly to her. Shannon smiled, then held her hand and their fingers became entwined. The rest of them noticed, and a few jaws dropped as Shannon glanced up at the others.
"I am also lesbian," she announced proudly. A few of them cheered a little and more congratulations were sent their way.
Steve soon arrived back with his bag and threw himself next to Tammy.
"What'd I miss?" He said eagerly, then glared at Tammy and gave her an exaggerated scowl.
"It's alright, Steve. I got an apology," Christine confirmed. Steve then glared back at Tammy.
"That wasn't cool. You broke her heart!" He guilt tripped her even harder. An overly sad and guilty look then appeared on Tammy's face again.
"I am the bitch..." she muttered as she stared down at her nails. Steve smiled and nudged her arm.
"All's forgiven," he replied cheerfully. Tammy glanced back up appearing alright again. Shannon leant into Christine.
"Whas happen wis Tammy?" She asked quietly.
"I'll tell you later..." Christine whispered. Then Steve clicked.
"Aw! You're out as a couple, too!"
"You knew?" Ferrie quizzed to see him nod his brows a few times. "Why am I even surprised."
"You tell me," he smirked to see Ferrie roll her eyes and turn to Damian as James then wandered up to complete their group.
"Excuse me," he said politely. Steve then stood up and gestured the open space with his arms.
"Be my guest," he said generously, then walked over and squeezed himself between Lenka and Christine. Lenka coughed and snickered as Steve jammed himself into the space which was slightly smaller than himself and leaned mostly on him. He then had a playful five second slap-fight with Lenka, before settling down and slipping another cigarette in his mouth. He arched his body around to light it, then kept it hidden in the bush behind them, and bending his body around to puff it.
"Yeah, let's ask them," Ferrie muttered after having a quiet conversation with her boyfriend, then they glanced over at Christine and Shannon.
"We're gonna go out tonight. Would you two want to come to dinner with us? Like, a double-date?"
"Oui?" Shannon asked her. Christine nodded in agreement. "Zhat would be super."
