Chapter-44: Musical Bond

As Nandini and Manik reached home they informed the family about the collaboration and their happiness knew no bounds. They also informed them that they had decided to party to celebrate.

Neyonika asked in concern " Nandini do you want to eat something; it's been long since you had food. "

"Mom, I want something spicy but light too," Nandini said after thinking for some time. Neyonika and Nandini left for the kitchen while Manik moved towards the room. At night, the younger clan came to Malhotra's house. All get settled at the terrace.

"Who's up for a game of Never Have I Ever?" Cabir asked and grinned mischievously.

A chorus of enthusiastic agreement filled the room as everyone settled in, eager to reveal their deepest secrets and share in the game's hilarity.

The rules were simple: Each player would take turns making a statement starting with "Never have I ever..." followed by something they had never done. If any of the other players had done that thing, they would have to take a drink. The game promised to be full of surprises, revelations, and plenty of laughter and good-natured teasing. Cabir gives everyone their drinks except Nandini as she can't so he gives her fruit juice.

Cabir started things off with a bang, declaring, "Never have I ever gone skinny dipping!" As he looked around the circle, he couldn't help but laugh at the guilty expressions on Mukti, Abhimanyu, Alya, and Dhruv's faces as they reached for their drinks.

"Alya and Dhruv "? Navya asked with a smirk. "Last year when we went to New York for my workshop, " Alya said controlling to blush. "We don't have to ask the newly wedded couple," Navya said teasingly. All laughed at this except Mukti and Abhimanyu who blushed at her statement.

"Never have I ever googled myself!" Dhruv said next. Except for Cabir, no one drank at which everyone laughed. "Guys stop laughing okay it's just that I love searching for myself as there are too many funning and unreal things uploaded about me," he said casually.

"Never have I ever had a crush on a teacher," Mukti said smirking at Cabir and Manik. Except for Manik and Cabir, no one drank to which Mukti, Dhruv, and Alya laughed. "Why are you all laughing? " Abhimanyu asked in curiosity.

Alya said "Actually they both had crushed on the same teacher and they both did so many crazy things to have her attention. They sometimes even fight. " They both looked at her and there to hide their face in embarrassment.

The game continued into the night, with each round bringing new revelations and stories. From wild adventures to embarrassing mishaps, no topic was off-limits as they shared their experiences.

As the clock struck midnight and the last of the snacks were devoured, the group reluctantly called an end to the game, their cheeks flushed with laughter and their hearts full of memories.

"Manik Nandini day after tomorrow you have to sing together, when are you guys planning to do practice"Alya asked. "I think tomorrow after lunch we can practice at home as in the morning I have some work," Nandini said after thinking for a minute to which Manik just nodded. Then they all thought to call off the day.

Next Day,

Both Manik and Nandini came to the jam room of Malhotra Mansion. Both were thinking of a way to initiate the conversation. Manik got busy setting his guitar for another 10 minutes while Nandini scrolled her phone till then.

After tuning his guitar Manik asked Nandini "What are we going to sing?" "I think we should mix two songs as they want to release this as an announcement that we both are collaborating. Singing two songs together will make it more interesting and attractive. "Nandini said in a go. Manik thought over it for 5 minutes then agreed.
