The Malhotra family and younger clan, along with Ishita and Vivek, had ventured out for a day of shopping, hoping to find everything they needed for the upcoming baby shower.

The excitement was palpable, but Nandini's mood swings were in full swing amid the joyous atmosphere.

"Nandini, look at these beautiful sarees," Alya said, holding a bright red one.

Nandini glanced at it and frowned. "I don't like red today. I want something in blue."

Alya, unfazed, smiled and put the red saree back. "No problem, let's find a blue one."

As they moved through the shops, Nandini's mood seemed to shift with every step. She felt overwhelmed by the crowd, the noise, and the constant attention from everyone.

She had never been one to enjoy large gatherings, and her pregnancy hormones only heightened her discomfort.

"Nandini, would you like to try some of this sweet?" Cabir asked, offering her a piece of jalebi.

Nandini looked at the jalebi and pouted. "I don't want sweets, Cabir. I want something spicy."

Cabir exchanged a knowing look with Manik, who was trying to remain patient. Manik stepped in, gently placing a hand on Nandini's back. "How about we find some spicy chaat for you? Would that be, okay?"

Nandini nodded. "Okay, let's find some chaat."

As they navigated through the stalls, Nandini's mood swings continued to flare. One moment she was excited about a beautiful piece of jewelry, and the next she was frustrated because the color wasn't exactly what she wanted.

Ishita and Neyonika tried to keep up with her changing preferences, while Vivek and Raj shared amused glances, recalling their own experiences with pregnancy-related mood swings.

Finally, they found a chaat stall, and Nandini's face lit up with a smile. "This is exactly what I wanted!" she exclaimed, reaching for a plate.

Manik watched her with a mixture of relief and affection. "I'm glad we found something you like."

Nandini took a bite of the chaat and sighed contentedly. "This is perfect. Thank you, everyone."

As they continued shopping, they made sure to accommodate Nandini's needs and whims, even if it meant changing plans several times. Despite the challenges, there was a sense of camaraderie and love that kept everyone smiling.

They knew that Nandini's mood swings were just a part of the journey, and they were determined to make her feel as comfortable and happy as possible.

Nandini's POV

I settled into the seat of the private jet, excitement mingling with a touch of nervousness. As the plane took off, a sudden wave of nausea hit me.

My stomach churned, and I quickly bolted towards the washroom. Manik was right behind me, his concern evident in his eyes.

After a few minutes of retching, I felt a little better, but dizziness lingered. Navya asked the air hostess for something to drink, and Manik gently guided me to the cabin room.

The others looked worried but tried to reassure me. As we entered the private cabin, Manik helped me lie down on the plush bed, his touch gentle and comforting.

"Are you okay now?" he asked softly, brushing a strand of hair from my face.

I nodded, trying to smile. "I'm fine, just a bit dizzy."
