I crack my knuckles before slowly lifting my hand and finding the courage to press the buzzer on the gate.
When I do, a few moments later, Three guards show up at the gate and scan me.
"How can we help?" The man with dark green eyes questions.
I've never seen him before so he's definitely new to the team.
"I've come to see my brother."
He turns to look at the others and they both nod.
"I'll inform sir you're here." He grabs his work phone that all the men have and goes to look for his contact but I stop him.
"No. That's unnecessary. Please just let me in. I just want to see my brother. And I'm on the list anyway."
The man narrows his eyes but eventually presses a button that opens the gate wider so I can drive my car through.
I give a thankful smile, drive inside and then park at the front.
The mansion was almost identical to the manor back in Lockwood. But by looking at it, you can just tell it's how Tate wanted it.
The mansion stood there as if the surrounding nature had embraced it. There were so many flowers and greenery surrounding it. Particularly roses which I just know Tate wanted.
I've only ever visited their home once as they only moved in eight months ago when they announced the second baby. And Christian is always back home at the manor to run things and the mafia.
It's like the manor is his office job and then he comes back home to his kids.
I take in the sight in front of me.
The mansion was all concrete and tall glass windows that were so large that they could welcome any day of sun. Each corner of the wall was beautifully carved, and the designs were made with complete care.
It was almost too beautiful I felt like moving out right this second and building one of my own.
Minus the wife and kids part.
I can do without that.
I finally let the guards open the front door for me and I enter, stepping into the sandalwood floors.
Carlo shakes his head in disbelief. "Is that you there Antonio."
I grin. "Sure is old Man. How have you been?" I pull him for a hug.
"Maya won't stop making me play tea party with her and Emilio's crying keeps me up at night. But other than that, I'm marvellous." He explained.
I chuckle. "Sounds about right." I shake my head. "So, do you know where Christian is? I kind of need to speak with him urgently."
