I feel a light tap on my shoulder by Tate as we approach the Manor.

My eyes try to stay open but I'm incredibly tired. I was tired before but I'm even more tired now that we made a long journey to Lockwood.

"We're here, Em," Tate whispers in my ear with a kiss on my cheek.

I smile up at her and silently get out of the car and help her with Emilio.

I hold little Em for her as she grabs his blankets and she puts him gently in his car seat to catty him inside so he doesn't wake up.

We approach the doors and the men look at us with warning smiles.

"Donna. A pleasure to see you, ma'am. I'll export you to the Don and his men. They're in the main living room, ma'am.

Tate nods. "Thank you very much, Benny."

He nods, opens the large doors of the manor and walks us along the corridors until there's an open-plan living room in front of us.

Christian is drinking what looks like Hennessy and is staring in silence at the others doing the same. Not all are drinking but none of them look up.

"Babe?" Tate whispers.

Christian's head shoots up. "Amore," he stands and immediately hugs his wife and kisses her face.

Antonio looks up at me with a smile, standing and wrapping his arms around me.

I wrap my arms around his next and sigh as I take in his scent. "I'm mad at you," I whisper.

He nods. "I know, baby. We need to talk when we get upstairs."

"We're not going home?"

"It's late. You look tired. Let's sleep in my room here and then we'll talk more in the morning."

Cam stands. "Ugh. This lovey-dovey shit is not how I'm going to end a shit night. I'm out." He dramatically throws his hands in the air and walks out of the living room and Giovanni does the same not saying a word.

"Where's Maya?"

"At home. The journey's too long for her. I wanted to see you because I don't know when I will again. I know this isn't over. But, I need to make that long journey home early tomorrow morning. I don't want my daughter to wake up and none of us are home." Tate explains.

Christian nods. "Alright, sweetheart. Let's go."

Antonio wraps his arm around my shoulder and leads me up the stairs and down long hallways leading to his room.

Antonio lets go of me to go to his walking wardrobe to get something. He walks back out after a minute with a black shirt.

He looks me in the eye. "May I?"

"Yes."

He slowly removes the green cardigan I had on and removes my leggings. He slowly removes my tank top and helps me remove my bra to put his shirt on top.
