Hyunjoo P.O.V

I had to get out at this stop so I looked back at Joshua. He seemed to be talking to Sora. Seems like it's going well for them so I should disturb them. I decided to get off on my own but for some reason I was really hoping he would get off too. I am such a weirdo. I shook my head and got off. I sighed and was about to go.

„How can you get off on your own?"
My heart was beating fast when I saw him standing there. I was so happy that he got off. I must be crazy. This can't happen.
„Y-you were both talking so I didn't want to disturb."
„Idiot." he flicked my forehead.
„What was that for?!"
„I told you I will help you. I won't let you go alone just for a girl." he said and I tried not to smile so brightly.
„Let's go then. We are already late."

When we arrived he looked around.
„The location is good it's not that far from college."
„Yeah if I wanted to I could even walk to college."
We looked around in the apartment and I was so glad that Joshua came along. I had no idea what I had to look out for. He checked everything for me the bathroom, the rooms, the walls just everything.
„How do you like it?" he asked me.
„I like it. What about you?"
„Me?"

„Yes you. You are the one who looked around so diligently. I will only take it if you like it too." he didn't say a word and just looked at me.
„What's wrong?" his cheeks were slightly pink and he kept looking at me as if he was frozen.

„Are you ok?" I touched his cheeks and he had such a high temperature.
„Omg are you having a fever?"
„N-no don't worry I am fine. It's just a little bit warm." I nodded.
„So? You like this place?" I asked again.
„Yes you should take it. It will comfortable for you and everything else seems fine too."
„You heard him sir. I am taking it."
„Alright. Please sit down let me prepare the papers."

I signed the contract which Joshua also read through with so much attention and we left.
„This feels so good. Finally I am free." I said and jumped around happily.
„What about furniture? Do you still have enough money for it?"
„No I don't."
„You don't?" he was suprised.
„It's ok don't worry. I will help you out with that. We can do it." I laughed.

„I will take my old furniture with me that I have in my room."
„Your family will let you?"
„They have no other choice. My mom bought me these things. They have no say in this."
„That's fine but what about the furniture for the living room? Thank god there is already a kitchen in it but-„
He was much more worried than me. He really thought of every little thing as if he is doing it for himself. It felt so good to see someone caring so much about me. I could listen to him all day long and not get bored.

„Joshua don't worry too much. I won't stop working after all. I just have to save up money again. The important thing is that I have somewhere to sleep and a place to cook. Everything else will be ok."
„I wish I had your optimism."
„It's not that. It's just...that I am ok with everything as long as I am out of that hell." I said.
He came over to me and gave me a hug.
„W-what are you doing?"

„Stay still. I thought we are friends? Friends can hug or not?" he patted my head.
„You are very strong Hyunjoo. I am proud of you."
I hugged him back and buried my face into his shirt to hide my tears which came out because of his words.

The weather is so beautiful today that I was motivated for a new chapter. Everyone enjoy. 🥰❤️❤️❤️
