The filming of the Gwangju UP music video progressed much faster than anticipated. Originally scheduled for Friday afternoon through Sunday, most of the filming was completed by Saturday evening.

What remained was the street performance scheduled for Sunday evening. The 888 crew members roamed around Gwangju according to the lyrics of Gwangju UP.

They faithfully followed the lyrics, eating seasoned sundae or sugar-sprinkled kongguksu, as mentioned in the song, and capturing scenes like Park Inhyuk downing a bottle of leaf alcohol in one shot.

At Assistant Manager Go Won-guk's request, they filmed many scenes at the Mudeung Baseball Stadium, but they also roamed around various places in a short amount of time.

However, they didn't find it tiring at all.

"Ah, Hwan-ah! Enji! Enji!"

"What? Why? Didn't you see the gesture where I poured my soul into it just now?"

"Your face is just too ugly. We might need to reshoot."

"...Then how about in our next life?"

Ironically, they found it quite enjoyable.

While filming, the 888 crew members promoted their street performance at the Gwangju City Hall Square on Sunday to the crowds watching them.

The music video was planned to include footage from the pre-kick-off performance at the Jeonju World DJ Festival and the Gwangju UP performance at Club Hommie. But scenes of performances within Gwangju were also needed, especially considering the music video was being made with Gwangju Tigers fans in mind.

"Assistant Manager Go, you've taken away our weekend because of us. What are we going to do?"

"Well, even if I go home, the only ones who will welcome me are the cockroaches in my one-room apartment. So, what's the big deal?"

"...Why do you say that?"

Assistant Manager Go Won-guk's passion for returning the equipment by the weekend.

With Woominho's intuitive directing, when the two of them combined, the crew's anticipation for the music video heightened even more.

As we set up the amps rented from Sejong Musical Instruments at Gwangju City Hall Plaza, people's attention was drawn. Gradually, as the camera was set up, people started to gather one by one from the busy weekend streets.

With posters and banners bearing the logo "888 X 888" attached, all preparations were completed. Everyone was wearing eye-catching crew tees, so people could easily spot the performers.

"Hello! We are the 888 Crew, a hip-hop music group from Gwangju!" Junhyung's shout received some mild responses. Some familiar faces who had seen the announcement on Cyworld Club responded, but most people didn't show much interest. Gwangju City Hall Plaza was just a place for waiting for companions.

With cameras and speakers set up, it was more of a sightseeing spot. In this atmosphere, Kim Hwan, Park Inhyuk, and Oh Minji kicked off the street performance with a coffee machine.

"Dabang coffee, transferring Korean sentiment with my pencil. My watch isn't a luxury brand, it's a dolphin. Every time I rap, my taste buds pump."

When Park Inhyuk, with his 3 sugar, 3 cream, started rapping, more people than expected began to show interest. It seemed to be due to his energetic rap and the lively beat.

Busking. A performance where musicians perform on the streets to earn money from passersby. Although there were quite a few buskers appearing in Korea after 2010, it was still a relatively unfamiliar culture.
