I walked into my office and slammed the door, I looked at Min-Suk and Ace before pouring myself a drink. I chugged it before pouring myself another one, pissed was an understatement, not only was I pissed about Xavier but I was in the middle of eating something so delicious and was interrupted.
"What the fuck is the problem?" I asked.
"Xavier...is planning something huge, the streets are empty." Ace said.
"Not only that, he and Lopez merged." Min-Suk said.
Lopez was an old connect that I met through Victor, I haven't heard from him since Victor died though.
"That fucker was at the restaurant Harlow and I was at earlier." I said.
"What." Min-Suk said shocked.
"Did he approach y'all?" Ace asked.
"No...but the son of a bitch made his presence known, he sent a bottle of wine to our table. I'm taking this shit personal." I said.
"We need to put that motherfucker in the ground." Min-Suk said.
"I agree." Ace said.
"We can't just do that, we have to have a plan because if Xavier and Lopez are merged we have to prepare for the consequences." I sighed.
I walked to the window and stuffed my hands into my pockets.
"Jay this ain't like you, what happened to shoot first ask questions later?" Min-Suk asked.
I sighed and pinched the bridge of my nose.
"Harlow." Ace said.
I looked over my shoulder at him before looking away.
"Fuck, I didn't think about that." Min-Suk sighed.
"Look...we all have to think about how to go about this, Min-Suk you have Kat and Ace you're the head of your family. We can't do shit the way we use to, not when we have too much at risk." I said.
I squinted my eyes as I looked at the entrance and clinched my jaw.
"He's here." I said.
Min-Suk and Ace quickly ran to my side before looking out the window. I went to my desk and grabbed my gun placing it in my holster. I walked out of my office with Min-Suk and Ace right behind me.
"What the fuck are you doing here?" I asked approaching Xavier who was standing behind two men.
He looked at me and smirked.
"Calm down, I just came to talk." He said chuckling.
"We can go out back." Min-Suk said.
I nodded before we walked through the club to the back entrance.
"Nice fucking stunt you pulled at the restaurant." I scuffed.
