The Wedding of the Century: A Naxie Story (3/3)

Untitled Part 11

Maxie and Nathan left the bakery feeling good about their impending marriage.

Nathan "We need to find someone to do the ceremony."

Maxie "I'm sure we could get Lucy Co to do it.  She is always available for a ceremony."

Nathan "Alright let's go ask her."

As they head into Kelly's for a sandwich they see Lucy behind them.

Lucy "Ah Mr West Miss Jones I'm so happy to see you together and happy."

Maxie "Speaking of us being together and happy, I need to ask you something.  Nathan and I are engaged and we want you to do the ceremony."

Lucy "When I would love to just tell me the date."

Nathan "New years eve at 11 pm at the haunted star."

Lucy "I take it you're starting the ceremony at 11 so you can time the kiss to be at midnight?  That is so romantic.  I would love to perform your ceremony and Maxie I am so glad you found true happiness after that mess of an almost wedding with Levi."

Maxie "Yeah.  I don't like to bring up his name.  I'm so happy with Nathan.  He's my rock.  He's my savior.  He's the love of my life.  He's the father of my twin girls."

Lucy "It would give me great joy joining the two of you in marriage.  I will be at the haunted star on New Year's Eve."

Nathan "Thank you.  We will talk to you later."

Lucy "Yes you will."

They ate their sandwiches and then headed off to pick up the girls including Georgie from Mac and Felicia.

Felicia "Maxie.  How was your night?  How was your day?"

Maxie "It was very peaceful.  Nathan was very romantic without being interrupted by the twins.  This morning we covered getting flowers cake and invitations.  Also we got Lucy to be our officiant."

Mac "That's great.  Things are really coming along with the wedding plans."

Nathan "Yes but we still have a lot to do."

Mac "Well I think you already know I approve of your marriage."

Nathan "Yes.  Thank you.  I love her so much."

Felicia "I can tell.  I think anybody could."

Maxie and Nathan took the girls home and as Nathan put the twins to bed Maxie sat there thinking about marrying Nathan.  

She couldn't help but smile the biggest cutest sweetest smile ever.

Off in another part of town Michael was with Sabrina after a love making session. 

Sabrina was lying in his arms when he sat up "Sabrina you've been a great help to me through losing ELQ to Nikolas giving Avery back to Sonny and then getting ELQ back.  I love you so much.  Will you be my wife?"

Sabrina looked at Michael "Yes Michael I will marry you."

She rested her head back on his chest falling asleep with a smile on her face.

Nathan walked out of the twins room heading towards Maxie sitting on the couch "I love you."

Maxie "I love you too.  Just hold me tonight."

Nathan wrapped his arms around his fiancée tightly kissing her cheek.

Maxie began to fall asleep in his strong arms "Goodnight Nathan."

Nathan "Goodnight Maxie."

In the morning Maxie woke up on the couch wrapped in his arms.

Nathan "Apparently Dante called and said I don't need to work today."

Maxie "Well I always like when I get a full day with you.  The girls love having their daddy with them all day too."

Nathan "Speaking of the little ones I think they need breakfast."

They go to the cribs and pick up the twins changing their diapers.

Nathan "Morning my sweet Bella.  Did you miss daddy yesterday?"

Isabella mumbled "Dddd."

Maxie "Angelica my sweet angel.  Mommy and daddy missed you yesterday.  We had to do some mommy daddy stuff."

Angelica "Mmmm dddd."
