"Sophie!" Biana called.

Sophie could barely hear her.

"Sophie! What happened?!"

"Keefe!" Sophie wailed.

Biana gasped.

"WHAT!!!!" Edaline cried.

"What happened?" Biana asked again.

"I did the same thing I always do," Sophie said between sobs. "I found the warmth, led it to the nook, inflicted positive emotions."

"Is that all?"

"Well, not exactly," Sophie explained the story through sobs.

"And then it just disappeared! When I called for him, he wasn't there!" Sophie wailed.

"WOW... that was a lot more hardcore than I thought that would be..." the voice of someone Sophie loved dearly said.

Sophie looked at Keefe. He was sitting up.

Sophie tackled him, crying into his shoulder.

"Foster, you good?" Keefe asked.

"NO, I'M NOT OKAY!" Sophie said. "I... Wait... Wait... Back the T-rex up... What do you mean my reaction was more hardcore than you thought it would be!"

"Well after you brought me back, I decided to wait in the peacefulness of my mind for a few more seconds. I waited three seconds, then the next thing I knew, You're crying hard. Like I have never seen you cry that hard before."

"YOU WERE OUT FOR TEN MINUTES!!!!!!" Sophie screamed.

Keefe flinched. "That was right in my ear."

Sophie blushed. "Sorry."

"Don't worry Foster, You have the right to freak out."

Sophie stayed like that for a while. It was nice seeing Keefe as a softy again.

"We're still here you know," Fitz said.

Keefe frowned.

Keefe stood up.

He turned toward Fitz.

"Keefe, don't do anything drastic," Sophie warned.

"I know, I know," Keefe replied. "Don't give me the look! I know what I'm doing!" Keefe playfully flicked A strand of Sophie's hair. "Don't give me that look either!"

Sophie continued to give him the look of Don't do anything drastic that could mess up our relationship or I will end you.

"So..." Fitz said, squirming a little bit. "You going to do anything?"

"Nah, I just like seeing you squirm," Keefe said.

Sophie slapped her forehead.

Fitz breathed a sigh of relief.

"Sophie," Elwin said. "It's time to get back in bed."

Sophie trudged over to the cot.

"Anything else you need to do for treatment?" Sophie asked, getting under the blankets.

"You just need to rest," Elwin replied.

"Can I at least rest at home?" Sophie asked.

"Well..."

"Please? You're done treating me!"

Elwin sighed. "Don't make me regret this," Elwin warned.

"You won't!" Sophie said, Throwing back the covers.

Sophie jumped out of the cot and tripped.

Keefe caught her.

"How many times have I told you to stop falling for me?" Keefe joked.

Sophie turned bright red.

Keefe linked arms with Sophie and dashed out of the healing center.

"Where are you going?" Grady asked.

"I have somewhere to take Sophie!" Keefe said, winking at Grady.

Keefe ran up to Foxfire's leap master.

"Firelight gables!" Keefe shouted to the leap master.

The leap master whirred to life. it dropped down one crystal.

The crystal hit the light and made a beam of light on the ground.

"Concentrate," Keefe said, then he pulled her into the light.
