We laugh together, we cry together,
The simple feelings were everything I had.
When will it be?
If I see you again,
I will look into your eyes,
And say, "I missed you."

He put a hand over his mouth as he gasped and turned around.

Where was he?

How did he end up in this place?

His heart thundered in his chest as the previous fear overtook him again. This wasn't a place he should be in. He wasn't supposed to be in here.

He shook his head and tried to take deep breaths in order to stop himself from shaking too much.

He was scared.

So scared.

But he needed to talk to her.

With a long sigh, he turned around and tried to ignore the naked bodies around him.

He just needed his mother.

The rest of them didn't matter.

He slowly took a step and then another, walking further into the club.

People turned to look at him, pausing their activities, but he didn't look back. He wasn't supposed to pay attention to them.

His fists clenched as he held Taehyung's coat tightly around him. A sense of comfort it was, to be reminded of it.

That even if he wasn't physically present, he was still there. Wrapped around him. That made him breathe better.

He walked further and looked around. He couldn't find that one new face that had filtered into his mind.

The face of his mother.

That face, that he was never going to forget ever.

He could just walk away right now, with the memory of her face.

Be happy that she was alive and somewhere living.

But he was a child.

And a child can be a little greedy for a little more attention from his mother.

His mind screamed at him to turn around and just walk away, to just choose the safer option, but a tiny voice inside his head whispered to him,
"What if she needs your help? She needed money. Maybe you can talk to her with that excuse."

Ignoring every warning bell going on, he chose to not walk away.

He reached the bottom of the spiral stairs in the middle of the club.

"Hey, you."

He stilled.

'They aren't talking to you, keep moving.' He told himself as he took another step to climb the stairs that led to the first floor of the club.
