Daniel would have laughed if he saw how he was crying.
Like a little kid, his sobs were loud and his body shook as he carried his boyfriend's body on his back.
Taehyung's breaths were too shallow. He could practically hear them slow down. He tried to force himself to walk faster but the pace he walked in was all he could afford without collapsing.
Even now, every part of his body screamed at him to sit down to rest. But if he did that he would lose the most precious person in his life.
It had turned too dark by now.
He kept walking but suddenly on his way, he heard a sound.
It was similar to Taehyung's.
He looked behind only to find Taehyung's eyes still closed and no movement. Just shallow breaths sending warmth to him.
He shook his head and kept walking but once again he heard a voice whisper from somewhere deep in the forest, "Let me go."
Jungkook choked on a sob and ignored the sound, "It's just in your head, it's just your imagination." He told himself over the voices. There were so many whispers he could only make out a few.
"We lost."
As he walked a few more steps suddenly he felt Taehyung's weight drop from over his back, he immediately looked back only to find Taehyung still safe in his arms. There was no one or nothing on the ground.
"Am dead already."
Another whisper came and Jungkook yelled out, "NO YOU'RE NOT!"
"Leave me."
Jungkook cried out as the sounds of the silent forest and the dark started to slowly fuck with his mind.
He shook his head when he thought he saw Taehyung standing far away covered in blood.
The vision disappeared.
He kept his eyes down and kept walking but the voices were slowly eating him from the inside making him feel crazy.
"You lost."
"They killed me."
"Let me go."
"Leave me."
"Am dead."
"Leave me."
"Am dead."
"Am dead."
"Am dead."
"STOP! PLEASE PLEASE! I'LL SAVE YOU! I PROMISE. P-please my king, y-you trust me right? I'll s-save you."
