"I can not believe you dragged us into this" Sera spoke peeking out from behind Amerie's head, her eyes drawn to the abandoned building. "This isn't fucking Spy Kids, Chook is dangerous," Darren spoke up looking between the three girls.

The said eshay exited the building at that moment, the group backed up hiding behind the hood of the car they stood behind. Chook got into his obnoxious blue car. Quinni poked her head out taking photos on her Polaroid. Amerie nodded to the three before rushing towards the building.

Amerie looked through the smashed glass reaching inside the small hole to unlock the door. The group made their way into the room, graffiti covered every inch of the room and shattered bottles decorated the floor. Sera shuddered a chill running down her spine, she turned to Amerie "So what exactly are we looking for?" she questioned. 

Amerie continued looking around the room before facing Sera, "Anything that proves Chook's been following her and doing the dead bird stuff. Then Harper won't have to prove he was there the night they took her. We can just get him arrested for stalking or something." They searched the coffee table and couches. Sera picked up a rolled joint, she looked at it quizzically before stuffing it into her jeans pocket. they stopped their searching when a faint vibration echoed through the room. "He left his phone." The door opened as Chook's heavy footsteps thudded through the place. Amerie and Darren scrambled around for a place to hide, Sera and Quinni looked around before freezing and standing still. Chook stood before the pair looking between them. "Ello-hay, Adlay" Quinni spoke robotically, Chook raised a slit eyebrow looking at the girls, "Who the fuck are you?" He spoke turning his attention to Darren and Amerie. Amerie raised her hands approaching Chook and the girls "We just want to talk."

The group sat uncomfortably on the couch under Chook's gaze. "So, let me get this straight. Youse reckon I came into your school, stole her bag, found a dead bird, put that dead bird on her bag, figured out where she lives, found another dead bird, and put that dead bird on her doorstep." Chook questioned looking between the four teenagers, he sat in a gaming chair across from them as they all sat in silence, "Yes, exactly!" Amerie burst out, Seraphine fidgeted with her hands anxiously nodding with Amerie. "You're trying to get me to admit that?" He asked. Amerie shook her head answering no when Quinnis phone beeped and the stupid phone voice blurted out it was recording. "Youse are fuking pathetic, eh?" the phone gave another beep as Quinni turned it off "Why would I do all this shit?" he leant back in the chair looking between them all with a menacing gaze. "Well, you have some motives." Seraphine spoke looking at him, Chook tilted his head at the girl "Yeah? What motives would they be? Think I'd mess with her when we're still awaiting trial? How's that gonna look for my boys, huh?" he leant forward on his knees "That make sense to you?"

Sera and the others shook their heads, Quinni reached to Seraphine grasping her thigh tightly and Sera held the ginger's hand reassuringly. Chooks eyes darkened 
"No, not really? Not very clever breaking in here. I don't like people touching my shit. And I really don't like being accused of shit I didn't do" His voice raised with every sentence shaking the group to their core, "after you b*rned my fucking car and locked my lads in jail!" He screamed furiously, and Quinni blocked her ears. Chook sighed leaning back further into the chair, dragging his eyes over all of them. "You are lucky I am trying to keep my nose clean at the moment. I think you should fuck off." His eyes shifted to Sera licking his lips seductively at the girl she grimaced at his gaze, "Or you could stay" That was all they needed to hear before bolting out of the room.

Amerie Quinni and Seraphine stood outside panting finally releasing the breath they were all holding in anxiously. "that was the worst 10 minutes of my entire life" Sera panted she looked between the girls before noticing a missing person "Wait, where is Darren?" Amerie and Quinni looked around before the door to the building burst open and Darren walked out crying their eye out, they didn't spare a glance at the girls and just walked to school, the three following behind in silence.
