I'll Be Better

I'm here for you

When he was in his room, he thought about telling Ddot, but feared it would ruin his plan. He texted Ddot:

Ddot , my future husband ❤️

Thanks.

He still didn't tell me.

Alright. Thanks for at least trying.

No problem. Anything for you 😉.

That text made Ddot roll his eyes. He was so confused. Why was Notti mad?  He thought. What had happened? Wait no-it can't be. Is Notti mad at me? What did I did I do?  He groaned thinking about it.

NEXT MORNING: 

A few minutes before first period starts, Ddot sees Notti walking with Octavia Johnson III. He runs up to them and pulls Notti away. Ocatavia Johnson III stands waiting for Notti getting impatient.

"Was it me? Are you mad at me?" He asks with a worried tone.

Notti just rolls his eyes and goes back to Octavia Johnson III.  

"Ethan, please just talk to me." He begged. He really wanted this relationship to work out because he really loved Notti and he didn't think anyone else could really love him especially in the way that Notti did. 

Notti continued to walk away with Octavia Johnson III.

Ddot went to the bathroom and locked himself in the stall and cried. 

While in first period, DD got bored and decided to skip. He got a pass and went to the bathroom where he heard sobbing. He looked under the stall and saw a pair of shoes he recognized. They were Ddot's. 

"Ddot?" He called out softly.

There was a pause in the stall.

"It's me, DD. What happened?"

"Nothing." He lies.

"Don't lie. I heard you crying." 

" I wasn't." He lies again.

"Open the stall." DD commands him.

"No, I'm fine." Ddot tries to convince him.

"Just open the stall." DD says while shaking the stall door.

"No." 

"Alright then." DD said 

That made scared Ddot. He didn't know what DD was going to do.

He was sitting on the closed toilet,looking at the stall door thinking when something on the floor caught his eye. It was DD. He was crawling under the stall. He finally got in and stood up.

He saw that Ddot had red eyes and a runny nose. "Don't be sad. Come here." He said motioning for a hug.

"You just wriggled under the stall touching this dirty bathroom floor. Why would I hug you?"

"Why are you so difficult?" He asked taking off his shirt. He had slightly visible abs.(I know DD's fat self does NOT have any abs, but just pretend for the story.) There were also some bruises.

He didn't wait for reaction and just hugged him. "Is this better?" 

DD's body was warm and Ddot could hear his heartbeat which calmed him. They were like that for some time until Ddot finally pulled away. 

"Thank you, DD."

"You're welcome. I gotta get back to class or my teacher is gonna yell at me. Bye." He said putting on his shirt and running off to class.
