I woke up to hear screaming and gasps, in the response to the noise I sat up rather quickly. Still stirring from my sleep I woke up to an empty hammock. I shifted around to find some clothes placed on a stool in the middle of the kelku. It was new Na'vi clothes and food Eytukan must've prepared food for me, while Mo'at had made me some new clothes.
I got dressed quickly and ate. Before I left the kelku I noticed my songcord was repaired and I noticed there was a bone necklace w/ beads and a head piece that was similar to Mo'at's, but the strands were blue and at the ends were feather, with a Kinglor flower my father gifted me. "Mo'at... Eytukan..." I placed my songcord back on before stepping out into the village for the first time since I left.
I noticed there was a circle of Na'vi, they seemed to have a different mix of emotions. Distain, anger, sorrow and fear. In the center was Kamun, Woai, Mo'at and Eytukan. I ran towards my mates. "Eytu, Mo!" They turned around seeing me.
"What going on?" I shifted closer to them, while all the Na'vi seemed to have eyes on me. "Don't act like you don't know!" Woai hissed at me, stepping towards me. "Try it and find out!" Mo'at threatened Woai, she pushed me behind her, having her other hand on her blade. "Eytukan, Mo'at?"
Eytukan sighed, he isn't take his eyes off his parents. "Mo'at and I decided, it would be best if Sa'nok were exiled, she's a danger to you." I glanced at Kamun who had stepped away from her and over to us. "Sa'nok enough, I'm Olo'eyktan now, you are exiled, leave this clan at once."
Woai hissed lowly, staring at me with nothing, but hatred in her eyes. "I know and you're going to lead the clan with that demon corrupting you, you'll lead them to ashes, I should've killed her when I first saw her!" Eytukan raised his voice at her, startling me. Out of all the time I known Eytukan, he never raised his voice at all. "Leave and don't come back."
Woai stared at Kamun who didn't rush to her side, I saw hurt within her eyes. "Fine, traitor! Burn with them if you wish, the Ash people will welcome me with open arms!" Woai left the village in haste. The crowd quickly dispersed and muttered among themselves, going back to their daily lives and activities.
Eytukan was shaking, Kamun noticed this and walked towards him, placing a hand on his shoulder. "You did well Eytukan, Mo'at, this choice wasn't easy, I know." Eytukan nodded and turned towards me. "Sof, as long as you're our mate and a member of this clan, you will always be protected here." Mo'at smiled graciously at me. "Yes, there's nothing we wouldn't do for you, please feel as ease with us."
Eytukan took a walk with his father to discuss more about issues within the clan. While Mo'at guided me with her within the forest. "Mind holding the basket, I need to pick herbs for medicine." I nodded as Mo'at began to pick the herbs.
"Is Eytukan and Kamun going to be okay?" Mo'at hummed at my question. "Why do you ask?" I felt a bit guilty that Woai had to leave her clan, mate and son behind. "Woai was exiled, isn't that going to be hard for them?" Mo'at stopped and lifted up my chin. "I know that look, don't be trouble by something you had no control over, Woai did this to herself, so don't feel guilty about it." I nodded and Mo'at stared at the almost full basket. "Now, just a few more and I'll be able to start making medicine, would you like to learn new ones?"
