|Mo'at's Pov|

Eytukan told me, he was going out and he's be back soon. I laid in the hammock with Atan, who was a heavy sleeper. It was rough, I missed Sof and my little hunter Temnawri. "It's too quiet..." I couldn't help, but feel guilty remembering the hurt look on Temnawri's face when I was too harsh with her. I stood up and walked outside, beginning my walk to Heykinak's kelku, wanting to see them again. "I want my baby back and Sof, I miss them so much."

|Sof's Pov|

I was staying my sa'nok's kelku, while she went on a hunt with sa'nok and Alar'at had falling asleep trying to get Temnawri to nap, but in the end he was the one who fell asleep. Temnawri was sitting on my lap, playing with her dolls. I began to weave a new outfit with Temnawri since she has grown a bit. My mind couldn't help, but wander to Mo'at, Atan and Eytukan. But I knew some time apart would be good and give Mo'at some space and be able to adjust to the new baby without Temnawri getting hurt in the process.

I hummed a bit until I heard a familiar voice, I glanced up to see Eytukan. "Sof, Temnawri." Temnawri eyes lit up seeing Eytukan. "Sempul! Sempul!" She jumped off my lap, rubbing and jumping into his arms. "I missed you!" Eytukan grinned. "I missed you and your mama." I sighed as he sat walked towards me. "Hey yawnetu." He kissed my forehead and I heard Temnawri cheer. "Alar'at is wake, let's play!" Eytukan put her down and poor Alar'at who had just woken up, was now being roped into a game.

Eytukan ran his hand through my braids. "We've missed you." I sighed as I cupped the side of my face with his hand, instinctively I leaned into his touch. "How is Mo'at and the baby?" Eytukan sighed. "Atan is fine, he's with Mo'at... and Mo'at is really torn up about this." I sighed looking at Temnawri. "Eytukan..." He kissed my head, making me feel so uncertain. "I'm not here to pressure, I'm check to see if you're okay."

"I... I'm just not sure." I sighed backing away. "I just..." Eytukan stared at me with concern. "You're not coming home tonight?" I didn't look at him. "I don't know yet." Eytukan walked towards me, he placed his hands on my shoulders. "Mo'at does feel guilty about it, you should talk to her, she's worried that you'll leave us." My head widened in shock and I turned my head quickly to look at him. "No, I'm not leaving, I just needed space and I thought it would give her time to adjust, with Temnawri not getting scolded in the process." Eytukan nodded. "I had a talk with her about it, Mo'at realized she was wrong and she's asking about her."

"Sof?" Eytukan turned and we saw Mo'at stand there with Atan in his back carrier. "Mo'at, I told you she needs space." She pouted a bit, hearing his words. "You get to see her and little Temnawri." I sighed seeing her fuss at Eytukan.

Temnawri came laughing and running out, to which Mo'at seen. "Nawri?" She stopped seeing Mo'at. "Sa'nok?" Temnawri, just stared a bit anxious. "Come here, I want to talk to you." I watched as she slowly walked towards her. "I'm sorry baby, I didn't mean to snap at you, I love you so very much."

Mo'at patted her head messing up her hair. "Sa'nok... I missed you so much! What took you?!" Mo'at was taken back when Temnawri hugged her unexpectedly, but returned the hug all the same. "I'm sorry, but you had fun at your grandmother's right?" She nodded a bit. "Yes sa'nok." Temnawri turned to me smiling. "Mama, can we go home?" Mo'at stared at me hopefully. "Sof, I promise I won't snap again, I didn't mean to, please." Eytukan smiled, walking towards me. "What do you say?" I sighed looking at their hopeful eyes. "Okay, I do miss sleeping in my own hammock and you two, let's go home."

In the way home Eytukan tried to take Temnawri away and hold, to which Mo'at hissed at him a bit. "My baby, back off." Temnawri giggled as Mo'at gave her a little kiss on her forehead. "You little one better tell me all the fun times you had at your grandmother's, I want to hear everything." Temnawri nodded eagerly. "Okay, sa'nok."

Eytukan raised his hands in defeat and let Mo'at hold our daughter. "I guess she really did miss us." Eytukan nodded. "The first night she wouldn't sleep, Mo'at even searched the village hoping to find you two, so she's going to clingy for awhile." I nodded knowing Mo'at. "Yes, I know."

When we got home, Eytukan offered to cook, while Mo'at spent time with us and was listening to Temnawri. "We played dolls, Alar'at taught me how gather fruit, we fished and we played games!" Mo'at smiled staring fondly at her. "Oh, how I missed this, it was just too quiet." Our daughter squealed as Mo'at nuzzled the side of Temnawri's face against her's. "It's tickles!"

Temnawri wiggled out of Mo'at grip and ran towards the tiny hammock Atan was sleeping in. "Don't be too loud near him sweetheart, you might wake him." Temnawri nodded. "Okay, mama." Mo'at chuckled. "It's okay, he can sleep through anything, besides I missed her being boisterous."

I sighed leaning against Mo'at as she wrapped her arms around me, while Temnawri crawled in the hammock to lay beside her brother, finally napping. "I am really sorry, I didn't mean to." I kissed her lips, before giving her a soft smile. "I know, you were still stressed from giving birth and it was my fault for leaving without telling you or Eytukan, it didn't help either."

After Temnawri and Atan finished their nap, the food was ready and it was delicious. When night fell Mo'at held Temnawri is her left arm, while she had held me tightly with her right, to where my head was laying on her chest. While they slept, Eytukan held Atan in his right arm, while he had his arm wrapped around my waist and his tail wrapped around my thigh. "You're clingy too." Eytukan chuckled hearing that. "Yes, well I missed you too."
