"Please do anything. Please, please please!" I watched him as he begged the doctors, sobbing.
"We'll do anything we can, sir." The doctor said and left.
"I-I was there, with him. H-His heartbeat stopped." He stuttered.
I went closer to him and hugged him.
"Shush, it's going to be okay." I said calming him down.
I let him sit down.
"We'll pray for him, okay? Everything's going to be alright." I said.
"We came as fast as we could. What happened?" They came rushing to the door.
"His heartbeat stopped. He coded. The doctor said they'll do anything... anything they could." He answered them, he's still sobbing.
"Hey! The doctor's here!" They called out.
"Doc, what happened?? I-Is he okay??" He immediately stood up and asked the doctor.
The doctor looked at us seriously...
