Excitement tingled in the air as Valerie and The Miz stepped into the ultrasound room, hand in hand, eager to catch a glimpse of their newest addition. The soft glow of the monitor illuminated the room, casting a warm ambiance as they settled in for the appointment.

As Valerie lay back on the examination table, The Miz stood by her side, his eyes filled with anticipation and wonder. The ultrasound technician carefully applied gel to Valerie's abdomen before maneuvering the wand, guiding it over her belly to capture the first images of their baby.

With bated breath, Valerie and The Miz watched the screen, their hearts pounding with anticipation as the image of their little one came into view. And then, there it was—the unmistakable sight of their baby, a tiny miracle nestled snugly within Valerie's womb.

Tears of joy welled in Valerie's eyes as she gazed at the screen, overwhelmed by the sight of their precious baby. The Miz's hand tightened around hers, a silent gesture of love and support as they marveled at the miracle unfolding before them.

As the ultrasound technician pointed out the tiny features and fluttering heartbeat of their baby, Valerie, and The Miz felt a rush of emotion wash over them. At that moment, surrounded by the love and anticipation of their growing family, they knew that the presence of this precious little life forever changed their hearts.

Valerie and The Miz felt a deep sense of gratitude and wonder with each beat of their baby's heart, knowing that their journey together was just beginning. As they left the ultrasound room, their hearts brimming with love and excitement, they knew that the bond they shared as a family would only grow stronger with each passing day. Valerie woke up feeling an intense wave of nausea washing over her. She barely had time to make it to the bathroom before the sickness took hold. This bout of morning sickness was much worse than anything she'd experienced before, leaving her feeling weak and uneasy.

The sound of her retching woke The Miz, who quickly got out of bed and hurried to the bathroom. He found Valerie leaning over the toilet, pale and distressed. He knelt beside her, gently rubbing her back and murmuring comforting words.

"Hey, it's okay, I'm here," The Miz said softly, his voice filled with concern.

Valerie looked up at him, her eyes watery and filled with discomfort. "This is worse than anything I had with the other pregnancies," she admitted, her voice weak.

The Miz helped her back to bed, grabbing a glass of water and a damp cloth to cool her forehead. "Let's call the doctor, just to be sure everything is okay," he suggested, his worry evident.

Valerie nodded, grateful for his support. "Yeah, that sounds like a good idea."

The Miz quickly grabbed his phone and called their doctor, explaining the situation. The doctor reassured them that severe morning sickness, though unpleasant, can be common and is usually not harmful to the baby. However, they advised keeping an eye on it and coming in if it continued or worsened.

After the call, The Miz sat beside Valerie, holding her hand. "We'll get through this together," he said, his voice filled with determination and love.

Valerie managed a weak smile. "Thank you, I don't know what I'd do without you."

Together, they spent the morning resting and taking things slowly, with The Miz ensuring Valerie had everything she needed to feel as comfortable as possible. Despite the rough start to the day, their bond only grew stronger, fueled by the shared anticipation of welcoming their new baby into the world. Valerie and The Miz were relieved to hear the doctor's reassurance that morning sickness, even when severe, was a normal part of pregnancy. The doctor emphasized that although it was unpleasant, it was typically not harmful to the baby. The doctor recommended some remedies to help manage the symptoms, such as ginger tea, small frequent meals, and staying hydrated.

Valerie took a deep breath, feeling a bit more at ease after the call. "Well, at least we know it's nothing to worry about," she said, leaning back against the pillows.

The Miz nodded, his expression softening with relief. "Absolutely. And we'll get through this together. I'll make sure you have everything you need."

With that, The Miz headed to the kitchen to prepare a light breakfast for Valerie, opting for some dry toast and a small cup of ginger tea. He returned to the bedroom with the tray, placing it gently on Valerie's lap.

"Here, try to eat a little. The doctor said it might help," he encouraged her, sitting beside her on the bed.

Valerie gave him a grateful smile. "Thank you, you're the best."

As she nibbled on the toast and sipped the tea, the nausea began to subside slightly. The comfort of The Miz's presence and his unwavering support made the ordeal more bearable.

"I know it's tough, but we're going to get through this," The Miz said, his eyes filled with love and determination. "Just think about our healthy baby on the way. It's all going to be worth it."

Valerie nodded, feeling a surge of gratitude for her husband. "You're right. And having you by my side makes it all so much easier."

The rest of the day was spent taking things slowly. The Miz stayed close, ensuring Valerie had everything she needed and offering words of comfort and encouragement. Despite the rough start, their love and anticipation for their growing family kept their spirits high. They knew that this was just a small hurdle on the path to welcoming their new baby into the world
