December 3rd - Friday
Liam P.O.V.
I wake up to the sound of muffled voices. I roll over on the bed and bury my face in the blanket, I take a deep breath and Theo's smell drowns me. I open my eyes confused and notice that I'm alone in the room, Theo probably left after I fell asleep. I feel good and rested, thanks to a good night of sleep. I hadn't had one of these for a while, and apparently my mother had come to my room and covered me with a blanket. The happiness fades when I remember the biology test.
I get out of bed, tripping on the carpet and stubbing my toe on the desk.
"Fuck!"
I leave the room grumbling, and find Theo helping my mother make breakfast.
"Good morning, Li." my mother gives me a hug, which I return, still groggy with sleep.
"Day." I sit at the table and rest my forehead against the cold surface.
"Looks like someone woke up in a bad mood." Theo sits next to me, placing a plate in front of him and one in front of me.
"You would also wake up in a bad mood if you had a biology test in less than two hours and the first thing you did in the morning was tap your finger on the desk."
"Your mother and I made pancakes to improve your mood."
I look up and smile slightly when I see the plate with four pancakes with honey. We don't talk while we eat, when I finish the pancakes I look at Theo's plate with one pancake left.
"What?" He asks when he sees my look.
"Are you going to eat that pancake?" I ask.
"Yes! How is it possible that you are still hungry?"
"I'm a growing teenager and I'm a werewolf! I have to eat twice as much as a normal person would need!" I exclaim and my stomach growls in confirmation.
"Take it." Theo says annoyed, throwing the pancake onto my plate.
"Thanks!" I give a huge smile and start devouring the pancake.
Theo gets up and puts his backpack on his back.
"I have to go to work."
"Then we can go shopping, to buy everything you need. I leave school early, I can meet you at work."
"Liam, I don't have much money." Theo whispers so only I can hear.
"I'll pay for everything obviously." I say with my mouth full, not understanding Theo's look.
"You're not going to spend your money on me."
"Of course I will, money is not a problem, you have to save yours for one day to buy your house. While you're here, I'll buy you everything you need."
Theo looks at me in disbelief.
"I can't accept it."
"Of course you can, now go before you get late."
"Thanks."
"You don't need to be saying thank you all the time, it's strange coming from you."
Theo laughs and walks away towards the door, after leaving, Mason doesn't take long to arrive. I leave the house and get into the car, being greeted again by questioning looks in the rearview mirror.
"What is it now?"
"Nothing..." Mason returns to paying attention to the road but exchanges a look with Corey.
