Blood must have blood.

"Welcome, skaikru. Join us." Lexa said as some members of the ark including Monroe, Zach, Sophia, Matt and Brandon walked into the room.
"Package from Raven. Hydrazine. She said it would do the job." Matt explained as he handed the canister to Clarke.
The blonde nodded. "Good."
Matt's eyes softened. "And uh. Your mother wanted to be here too."
"I know. But the wounded in TonDC need her more." The two nodded at each other before Matt took his place beside Sophia. "You good?" She smiled. "Don't worry about me Matt. I'm peachy."
Lexa looked around the room and exhaled. "Field commanders today's the day we get our people back. The enemy thinks it's safe behind its doors, but it's not. When it realizes that it will fight back. Hard. We need to be ready." Lexa then turned to the two girls beside her.
Gwen looked at Clarke with a raised brow. "If you think I'm speaking first you're crazy."
Clarke rolled her eyes. "This is a rescue mission we are not here to wipe them out. There are people inside that mountain that have helped us. Children who have nothing to do with this war. We kill their soldiers, their leaders if we have to. But we are there to rescue are people is that clear?" Everyone nodded.
Gwen clapped her hands together, startling a few people. "Ok then let's begin." She said with small smile.
Gwen shrugged. " Ok. There are four teams. Two of them at the dam and in the mine," She placed her hand on the model as she spoke. "They are moving into position already."
She turned to look at her friends. "The third already inside the mountain is freeing the grounder prisoners as we speak."
Clarke stepped forward to take over for Gwen. "It is our job as the fourth team to keep the eyes of the enemy off of them for as long as possible. To do that we have to be in position here, at the main door. With our entire army. The mountain men believe the door can't be opened from the outside so they leave it unguarded. Only, it can be. And thanks to our inside source now we know how."
"According to maya, the electromagnetic locking system has one flaw. When the power goes out, it disengages. And that's where ravens team comes in. The mountain's electricity is generated at philpott dam. By now they've taken the turbine room. It's their job to blow the power. Once they do then we blow the lock." Clarke paused. "There is a catch. A backup generator inside the mountain. If the lock is still functioning when the backup power kicks in we'll never get that door open. We'll never get our people back."
One of the guards looked at Clarke worried. "How much time until the backup power kicks in?"
"One minute. That's the window."
Matt whistled softly. "That's a very small window."
The guard from before cocked an eyebrow. "Why not destroy the backup generator too? Bellamy's inside have him do it."
Clarke shook her head. "Leaving them without power for that long will kill them. And as we said before that's not the mission." She swallowed and glanced down briefly. "Besides we lost contact with Bellamy."
