Road to saving the forty eight.

Years ago a beautiful baby girl was born and she was named Christine brown . She grew up and fell for Marcus Kane. They fell in love, got married, had a kid. The whole nine yards.

They were happy and they loved their baby. Till he died. He lasted a couple of minutes before he died in Christine's arms. After that nothing was the same again. Christine turned to drugs and sex. Marcus was upset so he let her act how she wanted. Till she became pregnant. Jaha allowed them to have another child and just like that Gwen Christine Kane was born.

But she only really had her father in her corner, her mother was too far gone to save. Christine hurt Gwen over and over again. She apologized but never changed only Gwen didn't remember it that way. Her dad was the villain and her mother was a saint.

Now her father isn't a saint but in her story he shouldn't be a villain either.

Gwen wanted to remember the bad her mom did as horrible as it sounds but how could she? For almost eighteen years she's been painting her father out to be a bad guy. Even when her mom was alive. She pushed him away because, because she craved her mother's affection and attention.

She knew that. She felt it. And it hurts to know that she did that to him.

"You ok Gwen?" Brandon's voice brought her back to the present. "Mhm." She hummed out softly.

"What are you thinking about?" Sophia asked as she tightened her grip on Gwen's hand. "Is it the girls?"

Gwen shook her head. "No. Although I suppose that is what I should be thinking about. I'm just, thinking about my mom and dad."

Brandon stopped her briefly. "Hey we can worry about that later ok but right now let's just focus on the girls."

Gwen sighed but nodded. She knew he was right. The girls were WAY more important than her mother and father right now. She knew that.

"I wonder how much Mindy is missing me right now. Before the war i gave her night to remember and well I know she's still thinking about it."

Sophia's eyes popped out of their sockets. "Gwen Kane! I do NOT want to hear about your sex life. Especially not when it's with a girl who is like my sister."

Gwen laughed loudly.

"Well too bad because when they reunite you're going to hear it all night long. I swear all I heard was Miranda screaming Gwen's name." Matt groaned as he pretended to throw up.

Gwen smirked as Brandon nudged her. "Oh so you're that good." She nodded at his words.

Suddenly Sophia gasped as Zach slapped her behind. Gwen was quick to draw her knife and pushed it against Zach's throat."Gwen." Bellamy warned.

"Did you not see him assault her just now?"

Matt and Brandon stood beside Gwen their guns drawled. Sophia stood behind the three with a scared face.

Finn, Murphy and Bellamy were staring at the whole scene trying to calm Gwen down.

"Yes and we will deal with him later but right now we need all the help we can get. We lose him we lose muscle." Bellamy said trying to reason with the blonde.

Finn groaned when Gwen didn't back down and pushed her causing the boys to aim there guns at him. "Back down Finn!" Matt yelled

Gwen went to charge back at him but Bellamy wrapped his arms around her waist and held her close. "Your worst than my sister. We don't have time for this! Let's move." He kept his arm around her as he walked forward the rest following them.
