The ark
3rd person pov

Gwen ran through the halls of the ark dodging everyone. In her hand was a black small hand gun one she planned to use to kill Jaha and perhaps her father something she thought long and hard about. Unfortunately someone saw her and now the guards along with her dad Marcus Kane were chasing her.

"Gwen your cornered come out" a guard yelled as Gwen came out her hands up. "Ok but I could've ran longer" she said with daring eyes as she looked at her father noticing the scowl on his face and the way his shoulders slumped slightly. "Do you have any idea what you did now your going to be arrested" Kane said looking at his only child.

"Welp that's too bad" Gwen replied as she felt the guards slapped cold cuffs on her wrist. "You have no idea what you just did" her father said with a disapproving look clear on his face. "Well at least now you will have to float me the same thing you did to her" she said with short breath as she thought of her mother."You have truly disappointed me Gwen" Marcus said looking into his daughter's eyes.

Hearing her dad speak hurt her. She's not sure why it bothered her so much, she knew her dad was mad because of all the stuff she's done and because of all the shit she told him. So why did him saying he was disappointed in her make her feel ten times worse. Maybe deep down she never wanted to push him away. Or maybe it was because he was still her father at the end of the day.

After letting a tear slip Gwen walked away with the guards. Leaving her father standing in the hallway as she stepped into a cell.

She stepped in and sat on her bed and began to let the tears fall down her face. She looked up slightly taking in her surroundings. In about three months she's going to be floated.

Whoever thought she might have a chance is crazy. She stole a gun, to kill two of the most important people on the ark. There's no way their letting that slide.

Gwen sat on her bed looking at the wall. She just stared for who knows how long. "Kane you have a visitor" the guard said as he opened her door. "I'm in solitary didn't know I could get visitors. But I guess anything goes for the council, right." Gwen said as she locked eyes with Abby griffin. "Gwen look I'm here to tell you" she sighed "I'm here to tell you, you shouldn't blame your father I know he floated your mom but there was reasons behind it. He didn't do it because he wanted to he did it because he had to and you should make up with him before anything happens" Abby said sounding suspicious.

"Didn't he float your husband? Why would you care about him, he hurt your family. Clakres locked up because of him why are you defending him?" Gwen said trying to understand why Abby would be saying this. She huffed. "My father is a killer. Nothing more, nothing less. You trying to tell me differently isn't going to work Abby. But please humor me, why do you care?"

"Because if it was me I would want to make up with my daughter before she has to be floated" Abby said with a sympathetic smile.

"Right" was all Gwen said. Then Abby looked at Gwen again. "I hope you forgive your father Gwen and for what it's worth I hope you survive," Abby said with an ominous voice and with that she was gone.

Gwen always liked Abby but after they floated her mother she hated everyone on the council. Including her own father."Well thanks I guess." Gwen shouted knowing abby probably didn't hear her. "What the hell" Gwen whispered as she watched her door close.

When the doctor starts to go crazy, pray. That's what Gwen always said anyway then again Gwen said a lot of weird things it's not her fault she read most of them. And well the doctor went crazy so she prayed in her head anyway. 'Dear whoever the hell kick some common sense into these people, they seem to be going crazy one by one and well I'm not going to live to see it so please help them realize how stupid they are'
