19, 20 The Roman Engagement pt 1

So here is one of my favourite chapters from the book which i written by my heart. And I want to tell you all a secret that in the last three days I have read 2 stories where the protagonists die at the end. So I want to know what kind of an ending you all want for our Meerasim.

Everyone from the family had already reached the venue. Not many guests have arrived at that time but soon an hour passed and there was hustle bustle everywhere now. Everyone was waiting for the engagement couple to be here. As they were supposed to be here an hour before.

Maa Begum was getting tensed when she get to know that Meerab and Murtasim are coming together alone. She even scolded Mariyum for leaving them alone very well knowing that they will get into some mischief and would get late. But Mariyum brushed it off saying that it's their time and they are meant to enjoy it.

Sonia amd Haya had made faces like someone has snatched away their favourite food from them. Clearly anyone could tell that they are not happy for some reason. But only Mariyum and Rajveer knew the reasons behind it. They both were well aware of the girls obsession and afraid that they do something wrong in today's party. They were just praying that every thing goes right.

Anwar had called Murtasim to ask how much time it is going to take for them to come at which Murtasim replied, " just five minutes chachji we will arrive." After listening to this both Waqas and Anwar took a breath of relief and went inside the banquet again as they came out to make the call.

They went to Maa Begum and Anila and told them about this. Maa Begum sighed taking relief and said, "chalo achha h jaldi aarhe h. Hum jaake rings dekhlete h. Mariyum, Haya aur Sonia jao jaake rings leao tumlogo ki gaadi se nikalwake rakhi thi bridal room mein. Aaram se leana aur vo kya kehte h tray ya Jo bhi Meerab ne decide Kiya Tha jisme rings aai thi usme le aana. "

"Ji Maa mein hi le aati hoon. Aap Haya aur Sonia ko kyu pareshan Kar rhi h." Mariyum said not wanting the envy girls to look up on the things that meerab has set for the surprise for Murtasim. 'No way mein meerab ke surprises kharab nhi hone dungi. Usne itni mehbat Kari h sabme. Agar In dono ko kuch bhi pta chla toh yeh sab kharab kardengi. Mughe inhe waha jaane se rokna hoga. Mein akele hi chali jaungi.'

"Nhi Mariyum hum Haveli mein nhi h. Tum yaha akele nhi ghum sakti ho isley in dono ko leke jau saath mein."

"Par Maa.. " mariyum was intrupted by Rajveer who was listening their conversation and said, "Don't worry aunty mein chala jaata hoon Mariyum ke saath."

"Theeke h beta aaram se jana aur dono jaldi Anjana." "Ji Maa begum".

Mariyum's pov

Are yaar iss gadhe ko har jagh ghusna hota h kya jab dekho peeche peeche aajata h.Kahi bhi akele nhi chodta h aur upar se galti se bhi koi galti hojaye toh kisi saat janam ki dushman ki phuphu ki tarah taane deta h. Ehhhh bhai ko bhi esa hi ek pagal ko dost bnana tha koi achha ladka nhi dhund sakte the jo unka dost ho. Jab dekho bus muh chadake beth jaega na hassa jata h ise aur na hi koi sense of humour namak cheez h isme. Apne saath saath mere bhai ko bhi apne jesa bnadiya h. But i am happy bhai thode romantic toh h. Unki aakhoon mein meerab ke liye pyaar to dikhta h iss khados ko toh pasand bhi esi ladkiya aati h jo pichle janam ne mein dayen ki cheliyaan ho. hhh
