Zara's POV
I was excited to visit Lwazi's parents, the King and Queen of the Zulu Kingdom. We hadn't seen them in a while, and I missed their warmth and wisdom. As we drove through the beautiful KwaZulu-Natal landscape, I felt a sense of joy and anticipation.
When we arrived at the Royal Homestead, Lwazi's parents welcomed us with big smiles and open arms. "Sawubona, mntanami!" (Hello, my child!) his mother exclaimed, hugging me tightly.
We spent the day chatting and laughing, enjoying traditional Zulu food and drinks. Lwazi's father, the King, told us stories about their ancestors and the history of their kingdom. I listened with interest, feeling proud to be part of this vibrant culture.
As we sat around the fire that evening, Lwazi's mother, the Queen, shared wisdom on building a strong marriage and family. I listened carefully, knowing that her words would guide me in my journey with Lwazi.
After a wonderful day, we retired to our quarters, feeling grateful for the love and warmth of Lwazi's family. As I drifted off to sleep, I felt happy to be part of this loving and supportive family.
The next morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast together before departing. Lwazi's parents blessed our union and wished us a happy and prosperous future together. As we drove away, I felt grateful for the visit and the love we shared with Lwazi's family.
"ngiyakuthanda nkanyezi yami"(I love you my star) Lwazi said, smiling at me. I smiled back, knowing that our love would continue to grow stronger with each passing day.
