Zara's POV
I avoided Lwazi's gaze, still hurting from his betrayal. My brother Tau was my next stop, and I demanded to know what he and Lwazi were discussing.
Tau hesitated, then revealed Lwazi's plan to win me back: a romantic picnic at a scenic spot, complete with my favorite food.
I raised an eyebrow, skeptical but intrigued. "He thinks a fancy picnic will fix everything?"
Tau shrugged. "He's willing to try anything, Zara. He knows he messed up and wants to make it right."
I pondered this, my heart softening slightly. Maybe Lwazi was genuinely sorry and willing to put in the effort to regain my trust.
"Tell him I'll think about it," I said finally.
