Part 15

Keith Richards, what about him.

Doctor Richards was running ten minutes late for our appointment, but it was fine we were late last week, Keith came out of the back, Pie looked at me, Keith walked up to us and said hello, we spoke back I was about to ask him what's he doing here, when a very pretty woman came out of the other office, Keith turned and looked at her as she told him she'll be home in an hour. Keith responded with alright mom, and he introduced us she said she's Doctor Tina Richards, Pie asked her any relation to Doctor Steven Richards, she said yes, he's, her husband. The receptionist told us the doctor will see us now, I told Mrs. Richards nice meeting her and we went into the doctor's office. Chandler never told us that Keith was Doctor Richards's son.

I wonder if this would be a conflict of interest that our boys are friends, we sat down and doctor Richards asked us how we're doing, Pie told him he's fine and he had a chance to think about what he told us about not feeling guilty, and if we still want to adopt a child we should still wait so that we can be devoted to the child without dealing without feeling guilty about PJ.

 Pie said he's right, but someday he would like another child in the house, I said speaking of children, we met his wife, and we just ran into Keith, he asked how we know his son, I told him we met Keith a few days ago, and he came to dinner last Saturday he and Chandler are friends.

Doctor Richards said he didn't know that I asked him is there a conflict of interest by them being friends.

Up until now I didn't know they were friends, but I don't think it would be, I don't disgust my patients with my family, but I can't control what Chandler tells Keith, so how did our boys meet. Pierre said they met at school; I was somewhat confused since Keith just graduated from high school, if I know Keith they met at that place I asked him not to go to.

We began our session, but my mind was still on how our boys really met, I'll have to speak with Tina about our son. Pierre said he can except that he spoiled PJ and was overly protective of both boys because of what happened, and there were somethings he saw in PJ and never said anything about it.

But he's not going to take the blame for his son's actions, I asked James how he feels about what Pierre just said. He said he just wanted Pierre to be honest about PJ, and now he has, I asked him does he think it's too late. He said no, after a while he knew who his son was, no he didn't think he would hurt anyone, he thought more of himself, he did feel it was his fault for waiting so long to get him the help he needed.

 I told them as parents we think we can help our kid's, but sometimes we can't all we can do is the best we can, we try and give them structure in their lives, Pierre said they did that, but now they're starting to see a difference in Chandler, I asked them in what way good or bad.

James said in a good way, Chandler doesn't live under Pierre James's shadow he's being who he is, I didn't say anything, but I wonder if that has anything to do with Keith, or him thinking he has to be punished for his part in the relationship he and Pierre James had.

 We talked about Chandler, and from what they told me, I'll have to see just how much he and Keith are friends and what did Keith tell him about himself, our time was up, I told them I'll see them next week, I shook their hands and they left. I called my receptionist and asked her was Tina with a patient, she said her two o'clock canceled she's free, I told her thanks and went into Tina's office. I told her about Keith and how he lied and told the Lattimore's that our boys met in school, Chandler is in college. If Keith lied about that they might have met in that place, we told Keith to stay out of.

Tina said damn, if I'm right that means Keith is going back to that place again, he has to get that obsession out of his head that he's going to find that person who did those things to him, and what did he tell Chandler about himself. I told her if I know Keith, he didn't tell him about that, she said we'll have to have a talk with Keith, I told her there's more I just found out that Keith has canceled his last two sessions with Doctor Michaels. Michaels said Keith hasn't gotten any meds from him either he's overdue.
