"So, they basically give anyone who combines it with their body a power boost? Thats odd." Sentivorus said. "How will we even know if it works or not?"
"It will work. Our father told us to search for these things no matter what. We're lucky we found even two." Lorivorus replied. "And he also said when we did find one, we should give it to some of the people, because they need the power."
"The people are useless. They don't even know how to control their own goddamn villages." Wikivorus said. Wikivorus, was not properly in touch with his emotions and he held nothing but the worst forms of hatred towards the current humans and how much times they have been fighting. He watched them from afar, and laughed as they killed each other over and over, just for his own sadistic pleasures. If it wasn't for the other mythicals, the whole world would be a barren wasteland with no life forms other than himself. Even though humanity was nowhere near capable of accessing technology, Wikivorus was born with it naturally. He had 3 blue holographic wings on both halves of his back, a blaster on his left arm, and many other technological advancements within his body. Half of his body was mostly his normal human body, and the other half was entirely robotic,
On the other hand, there was Medivorus, who actually looked way scarier than Wikivorus. He had large black horns with his soul in between them both, along with black goop oozing from parts of his body. had giant black wings, and due to his horrific facial structure, he wore a paper mask that he could see through, and he has refused to take it off ever since he was extremely young. Even if he seems terrifying on the outside, he is very kind to all life forms. He consistently tries to change his personality to make people more pleased to be with him, and now thats he's old, many villages know him well and appreciate his work. He does not like to talk, though.

"Wiki, we talked about this so many times already." Lorivorus said sadly. "Control your anger towards them, our father wanted us to help them, not hurt them."
"Why don't we keep one for later on, and then give the other to someone we know we can trust, just to start up the pattern of shard users. We never know when our lives could actually come to a halt." Sentivorus said. He looked at the both and had a gut feeling that the air shard, the one with the three curved symbols, would be much easier to use and control. The others agreed and they decided to head to the mainlands to help with a bandit issue, and they can find a reliable user for the newly dug out air shard. Once they made it there, they met up with the village elder.
"My goodness, all 5 of the majestic mythicals in my home, this is phenomenal!" The elder said. "Would you like anything? We have a special soup recipe I believe you would all enjoy."
"Thank you, we accept your offer. Take your time sir, we are not in a rush." Lorivorus replied. They sat next to the fire that was cooking the soup and Lori decided it would be a good time to ask the question about the bandits.
"Ah.. that issue. Well, it indefinitely was going to be mentioned in this conversation eventually, so I'm glad it came early. These bandits have ran our streets and completely halted our trading, and.. considering how we are one of the biggest villages in the mainland, this has become a huge problem. Other villages are afraid, and so are my villagers, this needs to stop, and we desperately need someone with the ability to control his power to help us. I wouldn't like you guys to do it due to the fact that you are very obviously busy with other things throughout the world, and more bandits and criminals will appear no matter how many times you come back and forth. I am asking for someone skilled who can stay in this village for the rest of their life." The elder stated. He shared out the soup to the mythicals and they ate, however Lorivorus already knew that it would be perfect to find someone specifically in this village to wield the air shard, so they can protect them. "Sir, do you have any grandsons or granddaughters? I have a fantastic idea to help you with your dilemma."

Later on in the day, the mythicals met up with the elder's grandson, named Sanjin. He was a young teenager who was very energetic and brave, but was always caught up in hazardous situations. He once fought 5 criminals at once because they stole wheat from his mother's farm. It was brave yet very dangerous, and if he didn't have the sword created by his father, he would be dead. The sword is able to increase in strength and durability based on the users life force, which was rare to see at that point in time. The mythicals chatted with him for a bit, asking him questions about his history with fighting and how strong he thought he was. They eventually came to a decision that they would trust him with the air shard, but they needed to test how well he would work with it, so they were now on the search for a good assignment.
"What would be good to test him with? Maybe a straw dummy?" Furivorus said.
"I believe we should test him while he's asleep to see his reaction timing." Lorivorus argued.
"Well, the main point of us giving him the air shard was for him to protect the village from bandits and criminals, so why don't we just test that. Two of us should hide in bushes, have a decoy and him walk down a path carrying a lot of food and minerals, then watch as the bandits come out. Even if he fails the test, we can still exit the bush and ambush the remaining bandits, then revoke his powers and look for another person like him." Sentivorus said proudly. "That is a pretty good idea, let's do it! Wiki, stay here and protect the explosion shard."
Not long after, Lorivorus used her transformation abilities to make herself look like an old woman carrying many amounts of supplies on her back. Sanjin saw her walk by and immediately offered help, which was accepted instantly. Sanjin began carrying everything he could on any part of his body that was strong enough, and while they were wealking, he even realized that this is a path infamous for having excessive amounts of bandits. Before the bandit situation started up, it used to be a regular path that lead to other villages which enabled trade every now and then, but now, it seemed unfortunately quite abandoned and was most likely going to be shut down by the nearby villages leaders.
"Oh, no worried! With you here, I'm positive no bandit will approach!" Lorivorus said loudly. Furivorus and Medivorus hid in the bushes, watching very closely to see how Sanjin preforms. Sentivorus on the other hand was ready just in case Sanjin failed, and he hid in a nearby shack so the bandits wouldn't expect him when he popped out.

"So.. what brings you out on this path ma'am?" Sanjin asked.
"I have many special items in these crates, for the nearby village that our elders just made a truce with. It includes medical herbs, money, food items, and other small things. The path was the fastest, so I took it so I could rest as soon as possible." Lorivorus stated.
"That's fantastic! I don't min-" Sanjin cuts himself off, as he heard rustling in the bushes behind him. He looked around for a few seconds, and all of a sudden a horde of robbers came running through them, ready to take every item they could. "Now is the time!" Sanjin thought to himself as he began tk use the air shard.
He counted 20 bandits, and he started dealing with them 1 by 1. He pushed 1 incredibly hard using a huge gust of wind, which landed the bandit face forward onto a tree. Another bandit was thrown miles away and went completely unconscious the minute he hit the ground. More and more kept falling and the final 5 that were left eventually just retreated.
Sanjin was very proud of himself, especially since it was one of the first times he used the air shard in genuine action. He was glad he was chosen by the mythicals. Before he could even celebrate, he heard more rustling, and immediately pushed a gust of air into the bush.
"WOAH! It's just me man! Chill out!" Furivorus yelled. He ran out the bush and let out his hand for a handshake. Sanjin around his hand and felt a touch from behind, so he turned around and saw the old woman who was actually Lorivorus, the female mythical he met earlier in the village.
"Congratulations, you are now the owner of the air shard!" She said.

-Present Day-

"So, why don't we head back to city now?" Flare said.
"I really don't wanna go, but I already agreed, so c'mon." Conin said. As they began walking, a sudden burst of pain spread throughout Flares head, and no matter what he did throughout the journey, it didn't stop.
It wasn't until a message ringed through Flares head, it told him something in a different language, yet he clearly remembers an image of the nearby state park. He saw a geyser with a 4 edged diamond floating above the hole of the geyser. For some reason, his mind immediately told him to go over there.
"Guys, listen. I know I'm gonna sound insane saying this, but we need to go the Flayron State Park, theres something there I need to take care of." Flare said.
"Why? Whats there?" Grace asked as everyone else turned around.
"I'll explain later, but if you trust me enough, follow me. I will go alone if I have to." Flare replied.
"Not with that arm. Im going with you." Grace said. Nelson, Lila, and B1 nodded to what he said, while Erik and Eli looked and the other two who didn't.
"I trust you Flare, and so does my brother. I believe Conin should head to the city though, they really need help!" Eli said.
I don't like the idea or why we keep trusting each other so much, but we've been through so much lately I don't think I'd be okay with leaving this group behind, lets go." James exclaimed. Nelson sighed and nodded, even though he did not think it was the best idea.

"Alright! Lets go!" Flare yelled.
