The very next day, you were buzzing with excitement to take Aiah to your childhood home. Not only were you thrilled for her to meet your family, but you were also incredibly grateful for their acceptance of you. You'd spent the entire night texting your mom, finally revealing that Aiah is your girlfriend. Your mom was ecstatic and eager to meet her – that's when you knew it was the perfect time for a visit.

Butterflies danced a frantic ballet in your stomach as you stood on your parents' doorstep again, Aiah's hand warm and reassuring in yours. It had just been a night passed since your conversation with your father, filled with nervous anticipation and hesitant planning. Today was the day you finally introduced Aiah to your family, and more importantly, acknowledged your love for her in front of them.

Taking a deep breath, you squeezed Aiah's hand and rang the doorbell. The familiar melody that echoed through the house tightened your throat. The door swung open, revealing your mom this time, you can see the surprise in her face. Her smile widened when she saw you, then softened as her gaze landed on Aiah.

"Y/N! Come in, come in! And who is this lovely lady?" your mom exclaimed, ushering you both inside.

"Hi, Ma," you said, your voice a little shaky. "This is Aiah, my girlfriend."

Aiah gave a radiant smile. "It's lovely to meet you, Mrs. L/N."

Your mother beamed. "Oh, call me Y/M/N, Aiah! Y/N's talked about how talented you are."

You felt a blush creep up your neck. You hadn't realized you'd spoken so much about Aiah to your mom last night.

"From what Y/N tells her mother," your father's voice boomed from the living room, "you're quite the singer yourself."

He emerged from the living room, his gaze softening a fraction when he saw Aiah. You introduced them, your voice steady despite the butterflies doing a mosh pit in your stomach.

The afternoon flowed with a mix of nervous laughter, awkward silences, and excited chatter from your little sister, Saoirse. Saoirse bombarded Aiah with questions about BINI and their music, her eyes wide with hero worship. Aiah answered patiently, even engaging Saoirse in a silly dance-off that had the whole family in stitches.

Saoirse full of energy in a bright pink BINI shirt with mismatched socks, bounced on the balls of her feet. Aiah, perched on the edge of the couch, chuckled at the little girl's enthusiasm.

"So, you wanna challenge me to a dance-off, huh?" Aiah asked, amusement dancing in her eyes.

Saoirse puffed out her chest, trying to appear bigger. "YES! Sabi ni Ate you're good, but I bet I can beat you."

Aiah raised an eyebrow playfully between you and Saoirse. "Is that right? Well, Saoirse, I wouldn't underestimate BINI's main dancer."

The mention of "dancer" only fueled Saoirse's competitive spirit. You laughed at Aiah knowing damn well that she's not the main dancer of her group. Saoirse bounced even harder, her mismatched socks flashing. "Alright then! Let's see what you got!"

Your mom and dad, watching the exchange with smiles, cleared a space in the living room. Music thumped from a nearby speaker as Aiah rose from the couch, her movements fluid and graceful. She launched into a short freestyle routine, popping and locking with surprising ease, a playful grin on her face.

Saoirse, wide-eyed for a moment, mirrored Aiah's movements as best she could, her little limbs flailing with joyful abandon. The mismatch of Aiah's polished moves and Saoirse's enthusiastic chaos filled the room with laughter.

Your mom clapped along, her eyes sparkling. Your dad, a hint of a smile tugging at his lips, tapped his foot in time with the music.

Aiah finished her routine with a flourish, striking a final pose. Saoirse, determined not to be outdone, ended hers with a dramatic twirl and a goofy bow.
