Five months flew by. BINI soared with their debut single, a massive TikTok trend fueling their rise. The Reverie, however, remained grounded after your debut flopped. BINI's schedules overflowed with interviews, photoshoots, and events. Today, was no different, Aiah left the camp early for an interview and tonight, they were nominated for Rookie Group of the Year at an award show. You, lacking any nominations, planned to simply support them.

"Come on, Y/N!" Zild bellowed from downstairs as you finalized your makeup. The other girls had already left for their appointments, and you'd meet them at the venue.

"Yeah, coming." You announced as you went down the stairs while putting your loafers on.

You joined your bandmates in the car, "Kung hindi mo lang to kotse, kanina ka pa namin iniwan," Donny said as he began to drive. A swell of pride for the girls, especially Aiah and your cousin Stacey, bubbling inside you. Over the past five months, your relationship with Aiah had deepened. Weekly dates – street food, reading, park walks – had solidified your bond, but no labels were attached.

Reaching the venue, Donny expertly parked. Zild spotted BINI's van. "They're here!" he exclaimed. Syd squealed with excitement, "So proud of them!"

You and your band walked to towards the building, suddenly, a guard stopped your group. "Invitation?" His inquiry hung in the air. You all looked at each other and shook your heads. "No entry then," he declared.

You explained, "We're here to watch. We're a band under ABS-CBN." The guard consulted a list. "Band name?"

"Reverie," Zild replied. The guard's head shook. "Not on the list," he said, scrolling again.

Panic welled up. "Ask BINI, they know us!" you pleaded. "We already asked the guests and they doubled check this list earlier, but they didn't add your bandname here." the guard replied impassively.

Frustration mounted. "Just ask them, sir!" you insisted and the guard shook his head.

"Sir please, if you'd just-"

Zild cut you off, "Let's go, Y/N." Zild said and pulled you out of the entrance. The weight of rejection hung heavy as you walked back to your car. Why weren't you on the list? Surely there was an explanation.

Silence cloaked the car ride back to the camp. Inside your shared room, Zild finally broke it.

"Why would they do that to us?" Zild voiced his frustration.

Syd, the optimist of the group, interjected, "Oh, I'm sure they have an explanation. Let's give them the benefit of the doubt." You and Donny offered hesitant nods, unsure but willing to wait for an answer.

Zild wasn't convinced. "No, I feel sorry for us. Is this because BINI's more successful?" His question hung in the air, resonating with your own thoughts. You desperately wanted to agree, but the need for an explanation held you back.

Donny chimed in sadly, "Yeah, it's not just the girls. It's the management din. Why wouldn't they put our names on the list?" He shook his head in disbelief.

Zild, fueled by anger, proposed a drastic solution. "You know what? We should just leave the management. We can be an independent band without them." He began removing his makeup, his actions reflecting his frustration.

Syd, startled, countered, "Leave? What are you thinking?"

Zild continued, his voice laced with bitterness, "Don't you notice the treatment we've been getting since BINI's success? It's like they don't care about us anymore, like we're invisible." Donny nodded in agreement, clearly swayed by Zild's words.

A reminder of reality struck you. "We can't just leave," you pointed out. "We signed a two-year contract."

Zild's gaze met yours, a mix of anger and disappointment swirling within him. "Y/N, I know you have a girlfriend and cousin in that group, but they didn't put our names on the list. What do you think of that?" His words stung, leaving you conflicted.
