Chapter twenty-six.

Marlena sat on their bed, drying belle off after her bath and then she fastened a new diaper around belle's waist.

Marlena shimmied belle's legs into her Snow White pajama bottoms, then pulled the matching shirt over her head.

Marlena sit belle on her lap, so she could comb her wet curls after her bath.

John entered the bedroom after he cleaned the bathroom and he smiling at his wife and daughter.

Belle crawled into john's spot and settled her head on his pillow as though it were her own. "

I seep.

Belle said with a yawn.

"We have the most self-sufficient child ever.

She picks out her own clothes and puts herself to bed.

You could probably potty train yourself, too, huh?.

Marlena asked as kissing her daughter's forehead.

Marlena hugged belle closer to the middle of the bed, reveling in the warmth under the covers.

Where am I supposed to sleep now? The bed is full.

John chuckled.

You can sleep on the floor.

Marlena joked

You kidding right?.

John asked his wife.

Yes, I'm kidding, you don't have to sleep on the foor, you can sleep with us.

Marlena said as yawned.

her arm cuddled around belle,
who was already dozing off with her thumb in her mouth.

If I weren't so tired and our bed weren't so crowded, I'd give you S-E-X.

Marlena told her husband.

"Hmm, I'll take a rain check, then.

John said as he leaned over the bed and kissed belle's cheek before kissing his wife.

The next morning.

Mama!, Dada!

Belle said as she trying to wake up her parents.

Marlena and john wake up and they both smiling at their daughter.

Good morning, baby girl.

Marlena told her daughter.

John grinned at his daughter.

she's a morning person, one of my genetic gifts.

John told his wife.

"Jellybean got it, too, kicking me as we speak.

Marlena said as she rubbed a hand over her belly.

John put is hand on marlena's belly to feel their son kicking.

John smiled as he felt the baby kick.

Baby, kick?.

Belle asked her parents.

Yeah, your baby brother is kicking again.

Marlena said as she grabbing belle's hand and then she put it on her belly, so she can feel the baby kicking.

When the baby kicked again, belle gasped, her mouth forming an 'o shape.

Baby!, kick!.

Belle said in excitement.
