The Gazing Stars
Upon reaching Seesh Mahal, Arnav and Khushi ascended the grand staircase towards their room, their hearts lighter than they had felt in years. The shadows of their past tragedies had finally been illuminated by the promise of a bright future they shared together. Their smiles were small but sincere, a reflection of the peace that had settled over them.
Inside their room, they settled on the plush couch, their eyes drawn to the night sky visible through the balcony doors. The stars sparkled like diamonds on a velvet canvas, but their brilliance paled in comparison to the warmth they felt in each other's embrace. Cuddling closer, they could feel the rhythmic beats of their hearts aligning, a symphony of hope and happiness.
Arnav's gaze shifted from the stars to his moon-Khushi. She looked ethereal, her doe-shaped eyes wide with wonder as she stared at the sky. Her wet hair shimmered like spun silk, cascading over her shoulders. Her pink, plump lips, full and inviting, parted slightly as if caught in a wishpered prayer. Her neck, elegant and pale, seemed to glow in the soft light, tempting him further. Even her simple pajamas couldn't conceal the allure of her form, the curves of her body sparking his imagination.
His eyes roamed over her, drinking in every detail, his mind painting a picture of unspoken desires. His hand moved almost of its own accord, tracing gentle circles on her back. His touch was light, yet filled with intent, and he watched as Khushi's trance broke. She turned to him, feeling his passionate gaze, her own eyes reflect those passion, hunger, and love that he felt.
Khushi's gaze fell to his lips, perfectly sculpted and oh so inviting. She leaned in, drawn to him like a moth to a flame. Her lips hovered just above his, the anticipation crackling between them. Arnav, lost in a fervent dream, couldn't resist any longer. He closed the distance, capturing her lips with a hunger that matched his longing.
He kissed her deeply, savouring the taste of her, his hands pulling her closer untill her body pressed fully against his. He could feel the softness of her curved breasts against his chest, the peaks of her nipples hardening through the thin fabric of her pajamas. His kisses trailed from her lips to her neck, his breath hot against her skin as he explored her with an intensity that spoke of more that just desire--it was an unspoken promise of forever.
Their passion built, each touch, each kiss, a testament to the love they shared. But just as they were about to be consumed by their longing, a loud growl interrupted their moment. Their stomachs, protesting the day's meager fare, brought them back to reality. Khushi pulled away, laughing softly, her cheeks flushed with the intensity of their shared desire.
"I'll go cook something for us, along with some sweets. Come downstairs in a bit," she said, her voice breathless but filled with affection.
Arnav watched her go, a mix of frustration and amusement on his face. He understood her need, but the interception left him yearning for more. He considered ordering food, but before he could decide, Khushi has already disappeared down the stairs. He called after her, "Okay, Khushi, I'll join you in a minute."
He took a deep breath, willing his body to calm. Moving to the balcony, he pulled out his phone to call his P.A., Aman. He discussed with great length regarding the Gupta residency and their marriage announcement, feeling a sense of satisfaction as he laid out plans to protect the women he loved. His final call was to his sister, Anjali Jha. He informed her of his impending marriage to Khushi and the current situation, as well as Akash's marriage plans.
