Prologue

Rachel, Louise, Paul, & Richard. A mother, two wonderful kids, and a father. Perfect family right? Well not quite. Because of a part of Richard's past. Someone that couldn't get over him. And an unexpected confrontation, a wrong understanding because of a perspective, and wrong timing ruined everything. But of course, He wants his family back and make them believe the truth, yes. But how can he get them back, or at least try his best to, if they're the one who doesn't give him the chance? Or will they...

But upon anything else, what happened?

Richard was tidying up his desk in his office. He was just about ready to head out to the door but before he reached it, it has already swung open. It revealed a lady. A lady he was over with for over 24 years. But maybe not her, she's been playing this 'try-to-him-back-badly' game since she bought shares in the company. But of course, he doesn't and will never give in.

"Anong ginagawa mo dito?!"

"Rich c'mon, mahal kita and I want you back"

"What the hell Gretchen?!? Are you out of your damn mind?!? At napaka walang hiya mo! Pinagkakalat mo na kabit kita pero hindi naman! Pinagaway mo kami ng asawa ko! Bakit mo yun ginawa?!? Lahat na lang ba?!"

"Oo Rich, I will do anything just to get you back!"

"I don't give a damn on whatever the hell you do, OK! Because you can never, ever have me! I will never leave my family for you! Never!"

"Eh paano ku--" (*remember this uncontinued line 'til the end*)

"Get the hell out of here!"

Gretchen hugged him but as he was trying to push her off, the door swung open. From Dawn's perspective, it looked like he was hugging her back even though he wasn't. He looked to their direction and saw his son, hands still on the doorknob, opening the door for Louise and their Mama. Now, his wife had tears pooling in her eyes and his kids? Well all you can see in his eyes were anger, hurt, and disappointed. No tears at all, well a little bit in Louise's. Paul balled a tight fist but keeping his arm still and where it was, hanging on his sides. No gestures, no talking, no nothing.

"R-Rich?" Dawn's voice was cracking but Paul's? "Dad?!" it showed disappointed with a pinch of anger.

When Gretchen saw Dawn, she grabbed Richard and kissed him. It was silence all over until Dawn spoke "Walang hiya kang babae ka! Napakalandi mo!" Rachel harshly pointed at Gretchen. Then, Gretchen went right up to her and she slapped her. She started producing little sobs, while Louise and Paul's blood is boiling. "You bitch! How dare you hurt my mom!" Louise charged at Gretchen. Pulling her hair, dragging her everywhere but of course Paul broke that off before Gretchen could lay a hand on Louise and he thought, it's my turn. Richard, still stunned on what's happening, wasn't able to do something. Paul went up there, put his sister behind him together with his mom , Louise hugged her Mom who she now found crying. He shoved Gretchen causing her to move backwards.

"You have no right to hurt my mother or my sister like that! Don't ever! Ever try! Kung di ako ang makakalaban mo!" Rachel pulled out from Louise' embrace and rubbed Her son's shoulder, signaling him to stop. But he didn't. He shrugged just it off.

Dinuro nya si Gretchen at tumingin ka Richard "Eto ba Pa! How can you do this to us?!" This brought Richard back into reality.

"I can explain. It's not what you think." he reached for Rachel's hand "Rach..." but Louise pulled it away from him.

"No! We don't need that anymore Dad! Grabe ka Dad! Pano mo toh nagawa saamin?! Lalo na kay Mama?! Let's go Paul!"

"I've s-seen enough, R-Rich." Rachel
