Happy Reading!
Arohi's POV:
This whole week was whirlwind of things. It feels like a dream or a movie to me. My whole life feels like of you look back.
I chuckle. I was born as a daughter of a cute couple who are just too adorable and lived in Udaipur. Oh and yeah I am not Rajasthani, telling this too late ain't I. Nevermind, I am a hindu brahmin, if you are wondering. My parents gave me all their love and pampered me a lot. They made me under the meaning of life and the value of money. Parents are the best teachers and guides of our life.
6 years later I got a cute little brother, who was a monster in real. As he grew, he started being a pain in my ass. Always doing on or the other mischief, which I had to cover up for him being the elder sister. Once he splashed paint of my birthday dress, because he wanted it to be a little 'colorful', sigh. But growing up he was my biggest support and of course my partner in crime.
My parents never distinguished between us, they loved us both equally. Maybe dad loved me a little more than Nikhil and mom loved him a little more than me. And Nikhil love me a little more than mom dad. But we love each other a lot.
After 12th I cracked NIFT and got into NIFT, MUMBAI. My family was overjoyed. Yeah some people objected in me going out of Udaipur, but my father shut them all up by saying "I know what is good for my daughter and she will make us proud". He shifted me to Mumbai without any second thought.
I didn't want to be the daughter who lives her life off on her father's money. So I did part time job. I worked in pizza hut, mc donanlds, starbucks (which was heaven), etc. Then finally at a cafe which had more flexible timings. Whatever I earned was enough for my expenditure. I used to send a little amount to my father's account even after his warnings. And yeah I even used to save the money for future. And guess what I saved umm around 90,000.
I know i know what you all are thinking, but guyssss it's mumbai and I switched jobs a lot due to my college which gave me a chance to work in many places with good pay. I know I am smart.
Everything was going fine but then my eyes met those beautiful brown orbs and my life took a 180 degree turn. I got married to the most arrogant and self centered man. Who thought everyone is dying to sleep with him, huff.
As you all know, how much of a 'nice' man my husband was during the initial days of our marriage. I hated him to my gut. We lived like flatmates but living with him never felt weird. It was always comforting. Our banters and fights were the best moment of my day. I couldn't understand when that banter bought us closer to each other.
With each passing day I was falling for the man I never even talked properly with, chuckle. He did wrong with me but that didn't stop this idiot heart of mine. We came closer and our relationship blossomed. This time we didn't fight. We flirted, romanced, teased and loved each other.
Then that dreadful day came and again turned my life 180 degrees. I left with a promise to never go back or meet him. But look at me now, sitting in the same room with him and our kids. The little bundle of our joy.
They gave me a reason to live all those years back and today they became the cupid of bringing us back together. This time forever.
"Where are you lost Arohi?" His question bought me back to the present.
"Nothing" I smiled and she shook his head with a smile removing his tie and blazer.
Abhir and Abhira are perfectly fit now. Abhi just came back home from his meeting. He finally signed the deal today for which he came to London. The client gave him a lot of trouble but nonetheless agreed with the terms.
Technically he has shifted in my apartment even after having his own. My wardrobe which was filled with mine and kids clothes, now have his clothes as well. Which kind of gives me butterflies everytime. It feels good to have him here. The kids loveeeee him. So much that they sometimes forget that they have their mom as well. And well their father also forgot that he got a wife here. Huff, like father like kids.
Two arms snaked around my waist and I left his hot lips on my neck. "I missed you"
The kids will come" I smacked his hand.
"That's why I locked the door wifey" he whispered in my ear and goosebumps erupted in my whole body. He continued with his torture on my neck.
"Go and freshen up you must be tired na" I said turning around in his embrace. He looks tired because of the client and the deal, but it just adds up to his glory. Making him more handsome.
I tiptoe and kiss him lightly on his eyes. Then cheeks. Then nose. Then jawline. Then finally on his lips which are just heaven.
His hold around me tightens and he deepens the kiss. His other hand snakes around my neck and tilts my head using my hairs.
The kiss is passionate but it holds so much more meaning behind it.
There is a knock on the door but he ignores it completely "Arohi I am taking the kids to the garden. You guys enjoy" Caroline shouted from the other side of the door.
I feel him smirking against the kiss and he backs me to the bed and I straddle him. But didn't break the kiss even for once.
"How much insatiable are you huh" I said breathing heavily during to the kiss.
"Want me to show you baby" he said removing my top and I just raised my hands giving him access.
"Aren't you tired from the day" I said opening the buttons of his shirt.
"Then help me feel good" he said cupping my left breast eliciting a moan from me.
To be continued...
