MEHRA MANSION

"Suket did you talk with Abhi?" Bhavna asked sitting beside him on the bed.

"The work there is done but he is keeping himself busy over there only" he sighed

Bhavna kept her head on his chest "Our son is so lonely. I can't see him like this anymore"

"I wish Arohi was here"

"Yeah if she were here, maybe we would have been grandparents by now" she smiled sadly.

"I hope wherever she is, she is fine"

"Why didn't Abhi find here Suket. Why didn't you find our daughter"

"Abhi stopped me Bhavna. He didn't want to hurt her more by going in front of her. He made me swear on Aashu"

"But he isn't at fault. If Arohi stayed then she would have known herself" she sighed

"Are you blaming her Bhavna?" He asked in a strict tone.

Even after whatever happened and however hurt his son was because of Arohi's one decision, Suket always loved her. He understood her condition and respected her decision.

Everyone else also understands her but the thing that she left him without his explanation hurts everyone.

"No of course not. I totally understand her pov Suket. She is my daughter. But I can't forget my son's suffering. I can't unsee the pain and longing in his eyes when he watches other people making a life with their partner"

"I know. It hurts me as well but we can't do anything. It's all god's decision and our children's fate"

They both sat in silence. Their minds playing a movie of there happy moments. They smiled with the memories. But then came the dreadful day which turned their lives upside down.

"I wish our kids get their happiness" bhavna whispered.

"Have faith in God. There is always a reason behind his actions"

SINGHAL HOUSE

It's 1 AM and Nikhil is studying in room.

Yes the backbencher is studying his ass out because it's his board year. He has a goal to top his in his school

"Urghh why is this so difficult. I don't understand how Di solved these in a jiff" he huffed.

Arohi was always the topper and he was a backbencher. Though he scored good marks but not as much as his sister.

After Arohi left, he made his goal to become successful as his sister wanted him to be. Moreover, he doesn't want to disappoint his parents. He is their only hope.

His eyes fell on their pictures. He caresses her face. "I miss you di. Please come back home"

The picture was the one Abhishek clicked on Arohi's birthday. This is the last best memory he has with his sister.

His phone went off with Ashika's call. He picked up the call.

"Hey Ashi didi" he teased her.

"Ayeee how many did I tell you don't call me didi. I am just 2 years older than you. Just call me Ashi" Ashi warned him.

"Yeah sure. Anyways how's college life going?" He asked.

"Uhh it's fucked up. I am just too tired of these assignments bro. When in the end they are going to throw it away then why the hell are they asking us to prepare these" Nikhil laughed at her.
