"Blondie's here!" Ro announced, pushing his bedroom door open.

Quickly Keefe slammed his drawing book shut, hoping Sophie didn't catch a glimpse.

The blonde haired brown eyed girl entered the room at that moment, smiling at him broadly.

"Hey Foster." Keefe said, matching her smile with a smirk.

"Hey babe." She replied, plopping down on his bed. "Whatcha doin?"

"Oh just working on some stuff. School work." He covered, the lie rolling off his tongue smoothly.

Unfortunately she did not buy it whatsoever.

"You? Doing school work? Are you feeling okay?" She joked, putting the back of her hand to his forehead.

He winced. That was a bad lie.

"Uhh yeah no I was just working on some stuff." He tried to cover again.

She raised an eyebrow. "Keeping secrets are we?"

"Don't worry about it Foster." Keefe replied cryptically, standing from his desk and tackling her onto the bed.

She shrieked in laughter, trying to get away as he tickled her, cherishing the beautiful sound that was her laugh.

"Keefe! Keefe! Let me go!" She forced out between laughs, trying to spare herself.

Finally he stopped, looking down at the stunning girl he was lucky enough to call his girlfriend.

Her cheeks were flushed, a bright smile stretched across her face that could literally light up a room. He felt honored to be someone who could bring it out of her.

"Are you gonna tell me now?" She pried, curiosity seeping out of her.

Instead of answering, he leaned down, pressing his lips against hers.

She responded, her mouth matching his and moving against him.

After a few seconds, a cough came from the corner of the room. "Get a room." Ro groaned.

Keefe pulled away to glare at her. "We are in a room. Just so happens you're also here."

Ro returned the glare, holding it for a few seconds before grumbling something about horny teenagers and stomping out of the room.

Sophie snorted in laughter, sitting up at the end of the bed. "Okay are you gonna tell me now?"

Keefe sighed, sitting back. "There's nothing to tell."

A little pang of hurt washed off of her in a wave, making his heart drop.

He never wanted to hurt her, and knowing that he did made him feel sick to his stomach.

"Stop hitting me with those strong emotions Foster." He said, partially teasing.

"It's kinda hard when you're keeping a secret from me. Do you not trust me?" She asked in a small voice.

"No! No, Soph I trust you, I really do." He said, grabbing her hands. "It's- wow this is getting out of hand. It's really not big I just didn't want to show you because I didn't know how you'd react." Keefe admitted.

"Show me what?"

Keefe stood and nervously grabbed the drawing notebook from his desk, slowly handing it to Sophie. She looked up at him in confusion but carefully opened it.

He watched as her jaw dropped, nerves reeking from him.

"Keefe, oh my gosh." She murmured, poring over page after page.

He watched as she gazed at the drawings of herself from different angles, in different places. Drawings of little images of her that stuck out to Keefe's photographic mind.

"Keefe..."

"It's weird. I knew you would think it's weird. I'm sorry I shouldn't have shown you-"

"No! Keefe this is incredible. It's like looking at a photograph. I can barely tell they're drawings. You're so incredibly talented, and-" She cut off her sentence, still looking over the many images of her.

"And?"

"And, is this really how you see me?"

Keefe frowned a little at that, peering over her shoulder at the pictures he had drawn. "Like what? They all look like you, at least I think so." He replied.

"I-I look...pretty..."

He really frowned at that. "Sophie are you being serious right now?"

"Yeah I mean you made it look like I glow. And my eyes are actually pretty in these. You did a really good job." She said honestly, looking up at him.

"Sophie those look exactly like you." He said, almost mad.

She seemed to pick up that he was getting upset. "I-I don't mean it in a bad way I mean like you made these really good. They're incredible."

"That's not what I'm saying. What i'm saying is those are exactly what you look like. You do glow. And your eyes are always pretty."

She laughed. "You're obligated to say that, you're dating me."

He closed the book and put it back on his desk before kneeling down in front of her so they were eye level.

"I'm not obligated to say anything. You really do look like that. It honestly hurts a little bit that you think i'm lying."

"Oh. I guess I just have a different perception of myself then." She said halfheartedly.

Keefe looked at her for a while, just admiring the gentle features of her face that he loved so dearly.

"Well we're gonna have to change that then. You're my muse Foster."

Her eyes looked a little glossy at that. "What would I do without you?"

"I think the world might end actually."

She snorted again. "Of course you would think that."
