As he entered the apartment, Keefe flipped the lights on and held the door for Sophie to follow behind.
She glanced around the apartment, shocked that it was actually clean, really clean.
"Wow." She murmured, surprise evident on her face.
"What?" He replied in confusion.
"It's actually...clean."
He rolled his eyes. "I'm a man not a pig. I like to keep my space organized thank you very much."
Sophie shrugged and went to brush a hair out of her face before remembering that she was covered in beer.
Keefe noticed her wince as she touched her hair and nodded his head toward a door. "You can use the shower in my room. I'll grab something for you to sleep in."
She nodded and followed him into the bedroom, making a beeline for the bathroom.
"Here" He said behind her.
Sophie turned and accepted the pile of clothes. She smiled at him gratefully, "Thank you, really. You're a life saver."
He smirked. "I know."
She laughed, closing the door and cranking the shower on until it was hot enough.
Taking her time, she scrubbed the scent of beer out of her hair, inhaling the scent of Keefe's delicious smelling shampoo.
Once she finally felt clean she got out, drying off and changing into the clothes he had given her.
The PJ pants were big on her so she rolled the waist a couple times until they weren't about to fall off.
She walked out of the bathroom, towel drying her hair.
Keefe wasn't in his bedroom so she wandered out to the living room to find him laying on the couch.
"Oh hey, I put some extra blankets on the bed if you want them, I'll-" He started, sitting up to look at her.
When she came into his sight he stopped, looking her up and down for a few seconds.
"I know, I look stupid. Your clothes are massive on me." She laughed.
"N-No uh you look goo-fine." He stuttered, giving her an odd look.
After a few seconds his eyes met hers. "Anyway as I was saying I'll be here if you need anything."
Sophie frowned. "What? Why are you sleeping on the couch? This is your apartment."
"And you're my guest. And a woman. You get the bed." He stated matter of factly as though it was the most obvious thing in the world.
"No Keefe, give me the couch." She sighed.
"Not gonna happen. Nice try though Foster." He said, offering her another smirk.
"Ok well the bed is huge we can clearly fit two people in it. Just come sleep in the bed, don't sleep on the couch. Please."
He hesitated. "I don't think Fitz would like that very much."
She let out a sound of exasperation. "I don't really give a damn what Fitz would like right now. I would like to not be called a whore and have beer thrown on me by my boyfriend." She retorted.
Keefe winced. "Yeah that wasn't his finest moment."
"Not like it was anything new." Sophie grumbled. "So come sleep in the bed."
He sighed, following behind her.
When they were settled in bed he turned off the light and for a while they just laid there in silence, thinking about the events of the night.
