Over the last week me and lando had been together nearly every day.

Earlier this week he had asked me officially to be his girlfriend.

He took me to watch the sunset in the most perfect spot.

It was beautiful. We had told our friends and family but were planning to announce it soon.

Tonight was my Birthday and i hadn't really made any plans.

Marie and me decided to go to for some food and drinks.

Little did i know she had a lot more planned.

As i got to the restaurant she told me to meet her at i walked inside to a pitch black room.

"Marie?" i asked quietly.

"SURPRISE."

The lights switched back on and infront of me was my closest friends.

The room was filled with beautiful decor and pictures of memories with all my friends.

Marie came up and hugged me tightly.

"Did you do all this?" i asked.

"With a little help." she smiled pointing to lando who was walking up to us.

I hugged him tightly resting my head in the crook of his neck.

"Thank you love." i kissed his cheek softly.

"I couldn't let you do nothing." he laughed.

After getting many gifts and happy birthdays i could finally relax and get drunk.

All my favourite songs were playing and i couldn't help but be right in the middle of the dance floor.

This was all i needed. A night with my favourite people. Dancing away.

The night was filled with laughter and lots of dancing. I must say, one of my best birthdays ever.
