Forever

In the land where waves kiss the shore,
I roam barefoot,
forevermore.
Hair kissed by the sun's warm glow,
I dance along the sand's soft flow.

Five years young, dreams so wide,
Puerto Rico, where I find my stride.
Seashells in hand, laughter bright,
painting the day with colors light.

Mapapa and Mapapo, cousins dear,
bond unbroken, always near.
Dancing, playing, friends so free,
our spirits wild, hearts with glee.

Beneath tall palm trees, proud,
adventures call, loud.
Through green jungles, valleys deep,
I wander, watchful, eyes that peep.

In mango groves, I taste the sun,
sweet nectar dripping, pure fun.
Mango juice upon my chin,
feeling the world beneath my skin.

Coquis sing their lullabies,
underneath starlit skies.
Melody, a soothing balm,
island's everlasting calm.

From El Yunque to the ocean's roar,
I explore, long for more.
Each day a treasure, each moment grand,
in my Puerto Rican wonderland.

Years may pass, time may fly,
in my heart, Puerto Rico lies.
A playground of dreams, where I am free,
forever young, forever me.

A playground of dreams, where I am free, forever young, forever me
