Engfa boarded the plane two hours later, P’Sun offered to come along which she was grateful for. It was 7pm at night when the plane took to the skies, there were hardly any people in the aircraft but it did not lessen Engfa's anxiety.

She was thankful for P’Sun's presence next to her. He was her brother and now, also an extension to Charlotte. Moreover, he was extremely efficient at his job as her personal assistant, he had already rented a car and booked an Airbnb near the hospital. She trusted him to take care of all logistics since she was not in the right mindset to do anything.

She just wanted to see Char, she needed to see with her two eyes that her girlfriend was okay.

She had been texting P’Than for more news and even called him, but there was nothing from him which made her even more panicked. Her phone's notification went off and she was quick to check for any news.

“She is okay. Resting now.”

Engfa collapsed back onto her seat at the news and released a huge sigh. P’Sun looked at her confused before she showed him the message.

“That's great, Engfa. I told you everything is going to be fine.”

“Why did he take so long to reply me?” She complained.

P’Sun shrugged with a sympathetic look, “Maybe he was too preoccupied with the situation, who knows?”

“Do you think he's purposely withholding information about Char from me?” Engfa bit her lips.

“Don't overthink, Engfa. He did call you when Charlotte was admitted to the hospital.”

Engfa nodded to herself and replied, “Is she awake?”

The reply came ten minutes later, “No.”

Engfa frowned and was frustrated with the short reply, “I don't like him.”

P’Sun chuckled, “You don't have to, but please be civil.”

“I am!”

3 hours later, the plane landed and they rushed to the rented car without delay. P’Sun drove her to the town's hospital, he could see her leg bouncing nervously as she clutched onto her phone. He drove as fast as he could with the road condition, it was fairly dark and the road had lots of portholes.

“Can't we go faster?”

“I'm trying, sis. Be patient.” He grumbled as he leaned close to the steering wheel. He navigated the foreign streets with google map but the connection was quite weak so he ended up taking a few wrong turns.

Engfa's patience was running out, she was two wrong streets away from getting out of the car and running herself.

Finally, the hospital appeared in sight. It was just a simple building with basic facilities, the walls were looking a little worn down.

“Get down first, I'll look for parking.” P’Sun stopped the car at the entrance but Engfa was already unlocking the door.

“Thanks, P’Sun!” Engfa thanked him and was off like the wind. She ran to the reception and the nurse immediately recognized her.

“Khun Waraha??” The female nurses were starstruck as they stood there gaping.

“Good evening, may I know which room is Charlotte Austin staying in?” Engfa asked, her heart beating incredibly fast, her eyes showing how affected she was with the situation.

“She's on the second floor, 3rd room ka.” One of the more senior nurses came to her senses and replied, “The lift is on your right.”

“Thank you, Ma'am.” Engfa smiled at her and rushed over. She twisted her fingers nervously at the thought of seeing Charlotte. It was already night time, would she be sleeping?
