JENNIFER: (placing a hand on Jenna's shoulder) Don't worry, Jenna. Dinner will be ready soon.
(Nerissa nods in agreement as she lays out the last of the dishes. The aroma of freshly cooked food fills the room.)
NERISSA: (smiling) We made your favorite, Jenna. You must be starving.
(Jenna manages a weak smile, appreciating her friends' efforts.)
[Jenna is introduced to each boy in turn as they enter the room: Sam, Alex, John, David, Louis, Xavier, and Charles. Each boy greets her warmly, making her feel welcome.]
