With the teams all set up, it was time to start strategising. For a quick recap, there were three teams, each led by a (Former) Pro, hero. The three teams were headed by Endeavour, Hawks, and Eraserhead, or Mr Aizawa.

Team Endeavour: Todoroki, Iida, Aoyama, Pony, Tokage, Kendo, Tsu, and Hagakure

Team Hawks: Present Mic, Shishida, Uraraka, Yaoyarozu, Kaminari, Sero, Kodai, Edgeshot, and Kamui Woods

Team Eraserhead: Midoriya, Bakugou, Alex, (That's me!) Monoma, Ryukyu, Mineta, Jirou, Miruko, Shinsou, and his mom Misaki

Mr Aizawa's team was the most stacked, with eleven of us in total, with three of us being Pros. Endeavour's team was the least stacked, with only nine of them being there, including Tsu, and there only being one Pro on that team... Hawks' team had ten members, with the most amount of Pros being four in total.

I was glad that I wasn't on the team with Pony, because I didn't want there to be any sort of conflict or trust issues. Considering how intense these battles would inevitably be, just one second of hesitation would be enough to get us killed or seriously injured, and I didn't want that for any of us.

However, Tsu and Pony were on the same team. Could the same issues occur? Should I say something? If I were to say something, would the adults think it's petty and immature? But if I don't say something, wouldn't that be reckless considering I know this is a possible problem that could get someone killed?

In the end, I decided not to speak up, because it wasn't my place to say anything. If Tsu or Pony were uncomfortable being on the same team, one of them would speak up about it. Tsu had the emotional maturity to say something regardless of whether or not it was embarrassing or silly, and I feel Pony would have done the same.

The reason I re-list the members of each team is also to just... Be easier to remember, honestly. I hardly mention my friends by their hero names, so it would be a weird juxtaposition to suddenly call them by them, right? The adults all do it out of some sorta respect thing or whatever, but none of us really care about all that. None of our identities are a secret anyways, so let's make this easier for everyone!

Before we could go straight into the fighting, we had to devise a strategy for each group so that things could go as smoothly as possible. Whenever heroes plan an attack on a villain or a group of villains, we try to get it done as quickly as possible. When things get messy is when plans derail, and casualties can occur no matter how careful, fast, or strong you are. Anything can happen in a free for all.

So generally we try to get the first move by being stealthy and undetected. If all goes well, we take the villain(s) down in one fell swoop. If things don't go well... We hope for the best and prepare for the worst. This was a prime example of that. All three teams were sent into separate rooms to come up with a good plan, but I will list them all here anyways, since I will be talking about all the fights individually anyways.

Team Endeavour went into the first available room with the other ten members of the team, and waited for everyone to enter. He watched each student go in, eyeing Todoroki in particular, as he tended to do a lot. It wouldn't be his old man if there wasn't a scream of his name at some point... He wasn't the best at speaking to people in general, but now he needed to make a war plan with a group of kids. Fun, right?

"You're all aware of our opponent's Quirks, correct?" He began. Everyone nodded in response, so he continued, "Can anyone point out any glaring weaknesses?" A good question, in retrospect. Because, of course, it's all well and good knowing what Quirk someone has. But knowing how that person uses their Quirk and how to exploit their shortcomings when using it was the biggest part of a fight. Not one's strength, but their vulnerability.
