Relatively early the next morning, we had an unexpected guest arrive at the mansion. Yaoyorozu went to open the large doors after hearing the bell chime through the hallways and wake up half of the remaining hero kids.

Of course, being the queen that she was, she was already up and fully dressed at seven in the morning, ready for a day of sitting around and looking good as a lot of us still tried to figure out what we were going to do as regards education, something I needed to think about later.

She opened the door and was a bit surprised when she saw Shinsou standing there, looking half dead with his hands in his pockets and a grimace on his face.

" I heard that 1-A and 1-B are chilling here. Is it ok if I crash too? " Was all he said.

No context, not even a greeting, just a simple statement and request. Of course, Yaoyorozu stepped back and accepted his request, albeit confused. Shinsou wasn't exactly someone we were close to, hell, I hadn't even met him yet.

The last I had heard from him was during the Sports Festival, when he nearly beat Midoriya without landing a finger on him. He had a really interesting quirk, the ability to brainwash a single target by getting them to respond to him.

Considering my appointment was relatively early and I'd been having trouble sleeping, I gave up when I heard the bell ring and got up from my empty bed, threw on some pyjamas, and opened my door to go downstairs to the kitchen to grab some cereal.

I rubbed my eyes when I saw Shinsou, and I smiled softly at him, waving weakly. " Hey, Shinsou right? "

He had stepped into the hallway, if it was even a hallway with how big it was, and taken off his shoes, putting them on a shoe rack with everyone else's. He glanced up at me, and although his expression didn't really change, he did have some thought process going through his head.

" Who are you again? " He asked. Again, we'd never met, so unless he kept up with the news, he wouldn't have had any idea who I was other than briefly seeing me a few times at U.A.

" Name's Alex. I don't think we've actually met, I'm a friend of Midoriya's. Staying a while? " I asked.

He didn't really seem to care for any more information after discovering the link, and just nodded.

" Yeah, kinda sucks out there so mom sent me here. " He replied plainly.

Yaoyorozu decided to chauffeur him around the mansion and show him his new room, while I went to go eat breakfast. He then met up with Mr Aizawa, which was interesting. Like, he paid a lot of attention to me, but there was something different with them two.

According to Shinsou when I asked him recently what their relationship was for the purposes of this book, he just told me they trained together. Didn't really get too much more information, so I'm not entirely sure what they got up to.

Also, from the few days between Mr Aizawa moving in, until the day prior, Eri had been staying with All Might, since U.A. had been destroyed and Mr Aizawa had been laying low for a few days. But then as I was training, I was too busy to notice that she'd come over as well.

I hadn't even met her, as after the reconciliation, I kept to myself. She may even have been in the crowd with my friends and I just didn't spot her. She is kinda small at this point, she was only six at the time.

Considering the fact that Mr Aizawa didn't seem to have a love interest, but was close with the two kids, it was almost like he was a single dad to them. Don't ever suggest that to Shinsou though, he'll probably brainwash you and make you run down the street naked.

I carried on with my breakfast, and after finishing, washed up and washed myself in the shower before getting dressed and ready for my therapy. A few friends, specifically Uraraka, wished me farewell as I went off.
