I've been desperate to check out the shopping malls since I got here over a week ago now. Margo and I seem to be a little like passing ships at the moment with her being busy working whilst I've been spending a lot of time with Nick.

She planned this little girls day out for us but it seems to have been hijacked by Noah and Nick which I don't really mind, although it would have been nice for it to have been the initial plan of girls only.

"Where do you guys wanna go first?" Noah asks us as he parks the car.

"I don't know, let's just have a wander." I reply as I unbuckle my seatbelt grabbing my purse.

We all hop out the car and make our way inside the shopping mall, Margo and Noah hand in hand whilst Nick and I follow closely behind them. I turn to Nick nodding at how cute they are with each other making him laugh then pretending to gag.

We head straight for Barnes & Noble splitting off into two groups ; Margo and Noah, myself and Nick. I make my way towards the horror section of the store where Nick follows me as I scan the shelves.

"Hey, do they sell Margo's books in here?" Nick asks as I pick one off of the shelf.

"Yeah, I'd imagine so. They sell her books everywhere. She doesn't like her friends reading them though which is crazy because she's amazing at what she does." I reply as I scan the synopsis of the book I selected.

"They sell her books everywhere?" Nick asks slightly surprised.

"Yeah, she's a best seller. Did you not know?" I laugh as Nick looks at me shocked slowly shaking his head. "She's kinda a big deal." I wink at Nick

"I'm gonna go find one of her books." He tells me with a smirk as I put the book I selected back on the shelf.

"Nick don't ..." I grumble turning back to him but he's gone.

When I find him again he's got one of Margo's books in his hand and a mischievous glint in his eye.

"Secured one." He chuckles as I make my way over to him and we head in the direction of Margo and Noah.

"Hey dude, I think your girlfriend's famous." Nick says to Noah placing the book in his hand which Margo tries to swipe.

"Please put that back." Margo sighs looking slightly embarrassed.

"Is it dirty?" Nick wiggles his eyebrows making Margo laugh.

"Maybe, put it back. Please." Margo begs but Nick shows no signs of putting it back as Noah examines the book.

"Nuh - uh I'm buying it." Nick smirks and I can't help but shake my head at his reply. This boy loves to tease people hoping to get a reaction from them.

"I tried to get him to put it back. I told him you don't like your friends reading your work." I explain to Margo as Nick takes the book back from Noah.

Nick takes my hand in his and drags me towards the till.

"I'm buying it." Nick says with a smile.

"I'm sure if you really wanted a copy she'd just give you one." I reply as we join the queue.

"That's not the point. I'm supporting a friend. It means a lot when your friends buy your work to show them how important they are to you." Nick tells me and I see a different type of softness to him that I haven't seen before.
